We just ordered our sandwiches and one of them was the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich, I asked the girl if she had ranch dressing for the sandwhich she picked up the ceaser dressing and said it was ranch, I said are you sure? She smirked and said yes. She put it on the sandwhich and when we hot home sure enough it was ceaser. We eneded up tossing the footlong we payed 11.00 for it just tasted weird. Tried to call to see if they would take it back and just make us something else but no answer just keeps ringing. Hopefully management reads this and trains the employees to understand the difference between ranch and ceaser or at least change the name of the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich if they really don't have ranch. I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience.
At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service. We do not have Caesar Dressing so it was probably not Caesar. Out Ranch we have is a peppercorn ranch. Next time you are in you should ask for a sample of it.
Thank you for being a loyal Subway® customer and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

Dear Travis,
I just spoke with the acting manager at the location we visited earlier today. So I invite you to call and speak with them about your miscommunication in your products she assured me the label read creamy ceaser. I'd be happy to ask her for a picture or take one myself. It's strange to me that your "peppercorn ranch" would read creamy ceaser in the first place...that's why I asked the girl twice if it...
Read moreI just want to say I always have issues when I come to this location.. I went yesterday the reason I stopped is because I heard about the foot long churros & the pretzels well When we pulled up 3 employees were sitting outside.. This was at 12:30 on a Thursday.. So that should have been a red flag.. So fast forward.. I go in and ask for a protein bowl and I get told They do not serve those anymore .. Which I know is a lie.. But I was like whatever I'll just get a Sandwich and my fiance got a Sandwich as well.. both 6 inches.. Well they start taking our order and making our sandwiches and I asked for a foot long churro and the pretzel.. Well they advise me that they do not have the churros.. But they have the Pretzel but with no cheese... If you are going to advertise something you need all the product... And if you run out you need to put up a sign.. Because this is false advertisement.. Well the gentleman just got done putting meat on our sandwiches Me and my fiance decided you know what? We are gonna leave because they are so unorganized here and this will be the LAST TIME I go to this location ever again. I I have came here on numerous occasions and they are out of bread... But can't do a protein bowl please explain? To top everything off there was a manager standing there and she did not say one word.. What is this manager doing? 😳
P.S. Every time I try to call the store it rings and rings and rings and nobody...
Read moreI showed up 20 minutes after opening and the employee was scowling at me. I ordered a footlong itallian herb and cheese in a BMT with shredded cheese. When she was putting the ham on the sandwhich I only got 4 incomplete shredded slices of ham that didnt even make it the length of the sandwhich. When we got to the vegies, the emplyee barely put them on in any semblance or order and coverage, and even put a wilted half trasparent and obviously old cucumber on my sandwhich and barely any olives. When asked if there was anything else, I said. "Yes could you add more olives please?" To which she glared at me and shut the sandwhich and packaged it up, completely ignoring my request. I usually add parmesean and Oregano to my sandwiches too, but I guess I'm not allowed to on today's visit.
I can understand having a bad day or bad morning, everyone has them, but I was polite and didn't deserve for the employee's bad day to be taken out on me. This is positively the worst experience I've ever had at a subway, and ive been to nearly every single one in the entire northwest. I also always tip, even in industries that do not require it. This was the first time I've ever not tipped. What upsets me most is this subway has normally been...
