I must say l Anika can make a huuuuuge sandwich and get it to fold over and wrap. She made sure to double wrap the sandwich and was very nice about making such a Extraordinary Sub.
I went in with a red collar on around my neck and she didn't say anything about it. She took my order polite as ever, I had a Italian B.M.T. with extra meat, toasted with alternating provolone and pepper jack cheeses with onions on it. The Sub sandwich had everything on it with extra olives, sweet onion sauce and a little mayo, salt, pepper as well as oregano, double meat.
I left a $5.00 tip not only for the exceedingly professional mannerisms this stores employees have, the way the product is fresh, the attention to quality product. The story was cleansely I didn't see any debris of any kind in any part of the store. I paid $9.74 for the sandwich which I could only eat half of. I was taken care of better here than any other Subway in my life. If you want a good quality meal that's healthy go to this location. They are the best in the entire treasure valley. Better than Jersey Mike's... Even though they have the "18 inch sandwiches" I received more bang for my buck at Subway. I haven't been this full since I was a kid eating a six inch sub. Extraordinarily Great sandwich!

Anika told me this was the biggest sandwich she has ever made or seen made in her life and career at Subway. I asked if she would like to take a picture with the sandwich and she said yes Of course! She then lowered the vegetable lid so that I could take the picture. ((These employees deserve a raise.))

The first time I went the first time to get sandwiches for my fiancé and I and the lady making our food was sick and she got upset with me when I ask her to wash her hands before grabbing our bread. She then proceeded to continually white her nose on the wrist part of her sleeve and when I asked her if somebody else could make our sandwiches she got angry and I just left. The second time I went I didn’t want to go back after the first experience I had but my fiancé insisted on subway, when I started to put in my order they were out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread when I asked how long it would be ready they said 10 minutes so we went ahead and made my fiancé sandwich for which they were out of multiple vegetables that she wanted. 15 minutes later they told me that they just put the Italian herbs and cheese bread in and it would be an hour before it was ready and then left Frustrated and with no sandwich. I just went back again hoping to get better service but they were out of almost all the bread with only wheat and honey oat available I then decided that they were probably out of multiple other ingredients as well and just left. Read moreI don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after several visits with the same issues, I feel like it’s worth pointing out in hopes that it gets addressed. Every time I’ve been to this Subway lately, the overall atmosphere has just been really off. The two employees that are usually working together—the shorter guy with the beard and the blonde—consistently come across as unfriendly and unapproachable. There’s a noticeable lack of customer service, and they make it clear through their body language and tone that they’d rather not be there.
Customers are rushed through their orders, and there’s no effort to make the experience feel welcoming. Sandwiches are thrown together sloppily, sauces are poured on with no care, and they’re wrapped so poorly that it turns into a mess before you even sit down to eat. It feels like basic standards are being ignored.
This isn’t about one bad day—it’s been like this multiple times now I also seen several other people having the same issue. Hopefully this feedback helps bring some attention to the way customers are being treated and encourages a bit more care in both service...
