We were just here a couple minutes ago, we ordered three of the biggie bags with the double stack burger, with three of the frosties pretty simple order. They gave us four fries instead of three which usually we wouldn't complain about, they gave us two extra drinks we didn't order, and we're trying to hand us another bag of food that we did not order. They gave us a medium and a large nugget instead of three smalls, they gave us a chicken sandwich instead of one of our burgers we had to ask for the two frosties that we were missing. Plus we had been given two of the correct drinks but the wrong sizes. Yes usually we wouldn't complain about getting more of what we ordered but it's the fact that most of our order was messed up. We didn't even get to notice until we got home Yes that is our fault because we didn't check when we were there but it is ridiculous that we had to go through all of this and still get the wrong order. This would be not an issue if it was a regular order but we had to order online so it is written down for them to see there is no excuse for messing that up. No note, no sign, no we're still open, online orders pickup through drive-thru, nothing. Called, to see if they were open and after it rang and rang and rang and rang some one finally answered told me yes the lobby is closed and sure come through the drive-thru. At this point she verified my order was checked in and told me they were working on it. Checked in again at the speaker as we went through the drive-thru (with two cars ahead of us), and when we got finally got to the window they tried handing us someone else's order and asking for payment for it. We then reiterated who we were and that we had an online order pickup. And then waited. Ams waited. And waited some more. Read moreI love Wendy's food and I have rarely been disappointed with their service, but that changed this morning. I went through the drive thru as I did not have time for dine in. I ordered and I paid and then was told there would be a 90 second wait time on one component of my order. I said that was fine, but then was told to pull forward to a spot just outside their walk through door and that the food would be brought out to me. I did as instructed and sat for 10 minutes, being passed by 4 other vehicles who'd received their food in the mean time. As I said, I was short on time so after 10 minutes passed I no longer had time to wait and had to leave without any food, less the $10 I'd already paid. If you ever have occasion to be at this location and they tell you to pull forward to wait, please tell them no. Clearly they live by an out of sight, out of mind philosophy.
