TLDR: Staff and service is outstanding, food is quality and creative, & we will be regulars from here on out!
We’d been driving around Napa arguing about what we wanted to eat for about 20 minutes prior to this and I’m so happy we randomly drove by this spot and it called to us. (Arrived just after 5:30pm on 2/5/25) Very kid friendly, both the hostess and our waiter were so kind and accommodating. We eat out with our toddler quite often so he’s used to restaurants, but it was super nice to be somewhere where it didn’t feel like an inconvenience to be dining as a family. Would’ve left five stars just for the awesome staff personalities, but it helps that the food was delicious and the service was great! Sat quickly, waters and menus and a highchair were brought out immediately. Our appetizers of a Cesar salad and meatballs came out very fast and super hot. Cesar salad was my favorite, very flavorful and refreshing. Husband enjoyed the meatballs, they came with plenty of sauce and three large pieces of garlic bread (that my toddler devoured promptly). We ordered a pizza to share, I believe it was called the Potato and Pancetta. Great portions to split as a couple, and delicious pizza! The white sauce was one of the best I’ve had, and the potato part sounded weird to me when my husband ordered but it WORKS. Can’t wait...

The service was really good and the food was excellent.
Staff is friendly and they seem to care about putting out a good product.
We had the garlic knots, the Detroit Style Roasted Potato and Pancetta Pizza, and the Detroit Style Croccante Pizza.
Out of those, the Roasted Potato and Pancetta Pizza was probably my favorite. It's probably the best pizza I've eaten in years.
The pancetta was crisp on the outside and gave a nice little burst of salt and fat when bitten into. The potatoes were cooked all the way through and gave the pizza some nice body.
Really though, I think the crust is the star of the show. The edges were well and truly covered with cheese which stayed crisp and crunchy. It contrasted perfectly with the dough which was soft and had a nice chew.
Also, they nailed the hydration level of the dough because it never came close to drying out. If anything, it glistened when it was hit by sunlight. Good stuff.
I think next time I'd get the potato/pancetta pizza again but maybe add something like hot honey or ask them to go a little heavier on the...
Read moreI lived in NYC for five years, tried pizza at all the best places around the tri-state area. Had deep dish in Chicago and tried all the highest rates spots around LA and SF. New York ignited this passion for good pizza in me that has yet to be extinguished. This pizza, I think, might be the BEST PIZZA I've ever had. Some don't like Detroit style but this crust was everything. From the crispy cheesy edges, to the fluffy, flavorful delicious focaccia middle--the crust is definitely untouchable. I got the roasted potatoes and pancetta pizza and the Croccante Pizza and it's really hard to decide which one is better. The Potato and Pancetta one was so unique, reminds me of Sally's Pizza in Connecticut but honestly better. Such a rustic, satisfying meal. The Croccante is a pepperoni and meatball pizza with lots of homemade marinara pilled on top. You can see the cheesepull video I got on @BayArea_Epicurean on IG. They deserve every hit of their 4.9 stars. I cannot wait to come back and try the entire...
