El Rancho Grande — Restaurant in Napa

Went to celebrate a birthday, one of us called to reserve seating for all, we arrive and I believe our server was Gloria (really nice) very attentive and friendly. We wanted to eat all together but not all of us had arrived and she never made us feel we had to order and be in a hurry. Finally we ordered with her help on questions we had about the plates. All food arrived sooner than I thought, I didn't take pictures of all the plates but they all looked amazing. Here are some of the pictures I took, oh and the drinks 👌 perfect, loved them. We do recommend this restaurant when thinking about eating Mexican food and ask for Gloria, she was awesome. We always order from this place every Sunday after bowling but since they started to do there karaoke night on Sundays the people that are taking the orders cannot hear what you're telling them that you want when you go to pick up the order it's always wrong maybe they need to stop doing karaoke or have the phone to where they can actually hear the orders are start losing customers because this is the third time I've ordered on the phone with the karaoke in the background and they've messed up the orders, Since they fixed the issue with noise I would say best place in town It's even worse now very disappointed in this place guess the owners don't care about losing a long...

Tonight I have had bad experience at this wonderful restaurant. Orderd food ,got there to pick up my order ,someone already picked it up ,I waited for that person to come back they they proceeded to tell him his order was right so now 30 minutes from original orger time she tells me to wait, there makeing my order.so I asked if I'm paying for everything she said yes no compensation ,I said no thank you I'm not interested and she had an attitude.
