I WON’T BE COMING BACK HERE ANYMORE!! Let me just start by saying the managers are the sweetest. I love Melina! I am giving them 1 star now though unfortunately because I had the worst experience this morning. This morning 7/3/25 around 8:45am I was helped by a young girl. She took my order and made my iced pumpkin spice latte. $6.50 later— I get to my desk to enjoy my coffee and get started for the day. I took the first couple sips thinking “Ouu! Coffee grounds! Yum!” I look into my clear cup as I’m sipping only to find they were BUGS!!! Yes bugs!!! I immediately left work to go and fix the problem! Thinking they were going to make it right. I pulled up to the window, the same girl was there. I said “Hi. I’d like a refund, there’s bugs in my drink.” She just took the drink, put it to the side, and proceeded to give me my money back. She didn’t apologize, or act a little bit concerned, didn’t offer another drink or pastry (which anyone in the food industry would know. If something’s wrong with a customers order to at least compensate them for the mistake.) but no! This girl just gave the money and said “Ok. Here you go! Sorry. Read moreTried to do a pick up order and lady wouldn't just tell me simple flavors really quickly. I used to go there all of the time and stopped due to an old favor going away. Heard they had redbul drinks i said what kind and she just said she was to busy. It would have been easy for her to say just the 2 most popular ones. It took her just as long to explain how many cars and how busy she was then to tell me anything. I would have chose one of the flavors she listed. Please train your employees if you do pick up orders and you answer the phone you should be able to give me 10 seconds of your time. I even when asking said "really quickly can you tell me" as I know Java is busy. This is why people chose to go to big store brands like Starbucks. Thats what i get for trying to still support a small buisness i guess.
