Well upon coming in did not get greeted I did get stared at by many employees. I stood at the front window trying to order for at least 1 8mins tried getting someone's attention was completely ignored. Went to ask another customer how do you order since no employees were helping me . Finally was able to order i went to my payment.went thru and lady just walked off before i was even done. I went to push print receipt And a different lady walks up pushes a button says have a good day . Didnt even.look up at me. Than when i asked her i was trying to have my receipt printed and u just went along and canceled it. She had an attitude so at this point i just told her nevermind i just want my drink so i can leave! I went and waited outside. It's all about first impressions ND customer service. And it was a huge L For SWEet straws. And they didn't even get my drink correct but I was so done with this experience I didn't even tell them

Amazing tea selection— a wide variety of flavors, milks, milk alternatives and levels of sweetness! You can order straight off the menu or customize your tea. I’m a huge fan of Thai iced tea, but I swapped out the dairy for oat milk and toned down the sweetness and it was perfect! A fun atmosphere and everyone was super friendly! Highly recommend! Drank my tea so fast I forgot to take a pic!

Delicious drinks, perfectly sized menu, and friendly staff. It's size is reminiscent of hole-in-the-wall shops on S.F. It's attractive and clean, leaning a little toward a corporate feel but not so much as to feel sterile or lack style. An adequately sized parking lot is just two doors down. Recommended.

Got green apple slush 50% sweet with aloe and it was a nice sour flavor and the aloe was a great touch. Also got a Oreo shake with boba was fire! Love when you can tell the boba was warm when you first drink. Nice customer service & parking as well!
