One thing I wish restaurants realized is, if they mess up on an item, they've messed up the whole meal and ruined the experience. Who wants a sandwich without fries and a drink? Or fries and a drink without a sandwich? Last week, I ordered a beef and cheddar meal. They gave me a roast beef meal. Despite me still getting the curly fries and shake, in my eyes, the whole meal is ruined because you did not give me what I ordered. The manager was nice, got my name, and told me to come back whenever with the receipt, which I did today. Per cashier, he specifically wrote to give me the sandwich free only. I feel it would have cost Arbys less to make up for what I originally ordered, so I could get the full meal than to lose a customer and possibly more depending on review influence. Anywho, she made me pay for the fries and drink, which is fine, she's following Arby's rules. But the kicker is, she asked me if I wanted whipped cream on my shake. I said no. (It's even on the old receipt she said she had to keep that I ordered with no whip.) But she still gave me a shake with whipped cream. So not only did I have to put money in to help correct the original mistake Arby's made, but it still came back wrong. I didn't say anything, because then I'd look like the chronic complainer right? I know, 1st world problems, but Arby's has one foot out the door with business anyways, so the least they can do is maintain their customers' experience. They can learn a thing or two from Culver's customer experience when they...
Read moreI will start by saying that the food we received was very good, even though the wraps were smaller than what we're accustomed to getting at other locations. However, we had a couple issues with our drive-thu visit to this particular location that will prevent us from going back. For starters, the young girl who was working the ordering screen talked in such a high-pitched voice and so fast, we couldn't understand what she was saying and had to have her repeat herself more than once - we are in our late 20s and early 30s, if we have an issue understanding you, an older, hearing impaired person would not be able to decipher anything coming through the speaker. There were 2 cars in front of us, who were served quickly, we waited less than 2 minutes before it was our turn at the window. We paid for our 2 wraps - some kind of bacon ranch thing, and an almond chicken salad - nothing complicated or special deviating from the menu. It took about 8 minutes for our food to come out the window. I could have run in the grocery store and picked up a couple premade wraps for less money and had a faster transaction. We will not be back to...
Read moreThe ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! I placed an order online. I called the restaurant as instructed to alter the order. I explained that I weren’t asking for “cheese sauce” for free that I would pay the fee. The lady stated that she were unable to do so that I’d have to pay for it. I insisted that payment weren’t an issue and asked if she could make the adjustment as instructed through Uber eats to do so. She declined, asked to speak with the manager and stated that she were the manager. .35 for a cheese sauce and she declined adding it to my order stated I would have to cancel my order and re-place a new order for a cheese sauce…. Were unable to do so. Will be sending the entire order back. If you have to drive a little further to go to a different location I HIGHLY suggest doing so! TERRIBLE...
