So I’ve been going to Panda Express at least twice a week for the past three years since I really stopped going to the traditional Chinese restaurants, but I’ve never had a bad experience at Panda Express. Everyone that I seem to have went to has always been good and great my experience today at this location was just unacceptable and I thought I would never run into this type of experience at Panda Express because it’s always great food’s always good looks good always being made fresh always today. Woke up Panda Express on my mind. Plus I had $5off my order of $10 So here I go headed off to Panda Express only to get there to find the customer service needs to be retrained and monitored. The food quality is very poor. Nothing was ready. Nothing was in the already made dishes except for the teriyaki chicken, which looked like it had been there since last night so as always, I don’t mind Waiting for my order whenever I go to Panda Express, so as I was waiting, I noticed that she had pulled my to go container and was making my food. The chicken that she gave me was unacceptable. I wouldn’t give it to a dog or a homeless person the beef and broccoli well, the broccoli was old. You could tell it had not been freshly cooked so after she completed my bigger plate, I was not happy what I seen so I was just gonna just blow it off take the order and go so when I get to the cash register mind you I had five dollars off a $10 order. I scanned my rewards. She used the five dollars and the total came out to be $17 and some change. So I asked her I said why is my order $17 and you used my five dollars off a $10 order when usually a bigger plate with tax is $12 and some change she just looks at me. I’m guessing at this point she was not fluid in English, so her manager came up and I explained to him what was going on and he ended up telling her what So the order then came down to nine dollars and some change after the fact of using my five dollars off so I felt like I was being rushed gypped out of my money and not getting the quality service that I have always gotten at panda express and what really put the icing on the cake was I got a refund because the service and the food that was given to me was not good and then I got overcharged for something that was not even on the menu or I didn’t ask for so I lost the five dollars that I you’d had in my rewards and then did not even get the food, but I did get my money back for the refundOff and cheated very poor experience if you go to this location, make sure the two girls that work the front they wear glasses make sure that your order is what you’re paying for and what the actual price And before you use any rewards from your account, the Panda Express app make sure your price is right bad experience. I’ll never go to this location again and I still don’t have my five dollars off...

➡️ First Impression: I visited Panda Express in Naperville primarily to use the restroom after finding none at the nearby Chipotle. While I only ordered a drink this time, the experience left a positive impression, with a minor issue outside the restaurant.
➡️ What I Ordered: I purchased a large fountain soda for $2.75 after taxes. The price felt fair for a quick refreshment.
➡️ Taste & Quality: Since I only ordered a soda, I can’t comment on the food’s taste or quality. The soda was standard, served cold and refreshing, exactly as expected.
➡️ Portion vs Price: The large soda was generously sized for $2.75, offering good value for a quick drink stop. No complaints here.
➡️ Packaging & Presentation: The drink was served in a sturdy cup with a secure lid, perfect for on-the-go. The presentation was simple and functional, as expected for a fountain soda.
➡️ Service & Environment: The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with my order. The dining area was spacious, clean, and not crowded, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The restrooms were hygienic and well-maintained, which was a huge relief after my experience at Chipotle. However, I noticed the trash bins outside were overflowing, which slightly detracted from the otherwise clean environment.
➡️ Final Thoughts: Panda Express in Naperville was a great stop for a quick drink and restroom break. The clean, spacious dining area, friendly staff, and hygienic restrooms made it a pleasant experience. The only drawback was the overloaded trash bins outside, which could use better maintenance. I’m looking forward to trying their food on my next visit! Recommendations for Improvement: • Regularly check and empty the outdoor trash bins to maintain a clean exterior. • Keep up the great work with the clean restrooms and friendly service.
If you’re in Naperville and need a quick stop with good facilities, Panda Express is a solid choice. I’ll be back to...
Read moreI totally understand food places get busy at lunch and dinner time. I totally get it. But when I place an order online and go to pick it up and it's not ready that's upsetting. I was told that all they were waiting on was chow mein to complete my order. I didn't mind waiting, again, I understand it's rush time. But when the chow mein is done and the cooks bring it out I shouldn't have to wait or have to remind the cashier my order was waiting for the chow mein. The who I am assuming is the manager cause she was wearing the black suit, kept serving people who were in line knowing I was waiting. I asked the cashier what was going on with my order and she went to remind the manager and the manager brushed it off and kept attending to the people in line. At this point I got mad because again, I place my order online, I shouldn't have to wait in the first place. The moment the chow mein came out I, along with the others who were waiting, should have been a priority. I completely understand if I had to wait a few minutes since it was dinner time but waiting 10 mins is ridiculous. Definitely not going back to this Panda Express, at least not during...
