Terrible customer service. I used drive thru and ordered a bacon-cheese-egg bagel sandwich and drove home about 3 minutes. When I opened the bag (receipt said correct sandwich) it was cream cheese on bagel. Now I had to drive back to get correct sandwich. High school girl I guess was working counter and I said they gave me wrong sandwich. After a minute or 2 she gave me the correct sandwich. I asked what they were going to do for the error and my time. She had no idea - said you got a new sandwich. I asked about my time - frankly I would expect a business to apologize (I don’t recall that happening) and either credit the sale back or give a customer a free sandwich card or something. I know it’s only 5-6 minutes f time and only a $6 sandwich but it’s the attitude that disturbs me. A stocky Indian (?) man, who I assumed was the manager, didn’t offer anything. I asked what he was going to do - finally he said I can give you a bagel!! Still no sorry that I recall. I asked for Dunkin customer service number and he said he didn’t have I I could goggle it. ...
Read moreLast three drive -thru visits: Visit one-ordered coffee with cream which is what the cup label said. Got cream and sugar instead and had to toss it. Visit two-wanted to pay with Apple Pay owner/manager (?) refused stating cable was "too short." despite the fact that I had used AP at that drive-thru many other times. I had to use a CC, which I like to avoid after I had CC info "skimmed" going through a different drive-thru a number of years ago. Visit three-Owner (manager?) only used one super cheap cup caddy so I was careful. However, he didn't seat the cup properly and scalding hot coffee severely burnt me when I made my first turn and an entire large cup tipped directly into my lap. The worst service seems to be from the owner who is rigid and condescending. Shouldn't he offer the best service as an example to his employees? I mentioned my last incident to a friend who said... Read moreWe ordered cold brew coffee and refreshers from our app thinking that we ordered no ICE on our cold brew and when we came to pick up the coffee there’s ice on it and he ask if they can remove the ICE. Staff told him that it’ll be extra 1 dollar to have it remove and my husband agreed to it and after that the staff told my husband that he needs to talk to his manager about it first and then manager spoke to my husband it’s going to be the same and they can’t do that and he needs to purchase a new one if I want coffee with no ICE. My husband’s so disappointed because They ut a lot of ice on his coffee and barely enjoy his coffee and also for the fact that they don’t stick to what they said initially that they take out ice and add coffee for additional dollar.
