Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Naperville

Yes three stars for a pharmacy. I unfortunately have to pick up a prescription once a week. All pharmacists are great they are always nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. So, why only three stars? Well for one reason I guess. When I am there they employees are great and like I said the pharmacists are great also. The issue is I call to pick up and they tell me about an hour, or whatever time frame they give me. I wait till the time they tell me and go pick up. Sometimes they are really nice & helpful, but recently, their staff member (female) was extremely rude to me while figuring out a prescription issue with insurance. I called to get instructions on how to switch back to a 30 day supply and the staff was nasty and making negative comments about my doctor. I picked up that same medication from their pharmacy multiple times so I don’t know why they were trying to imply fraudulent behavior. This Walgreens is constantly rude and argumentative. I submitted a prescription which was on auto refill as is, and when they failed to have it filled (two days late) all the female at the drive through did was tell me it’s my problem, and that she can’t do anything. They are nothing but rude, arrogant, at the pharmacy at least. Go to any other Walgreens besides this one. If you need anything filled, go literally anywhere else for it. This place will never...
