A very genuine review based on real problems faced here: 1. Very poor customer service and QUANTITY - The older legacy staff there is very rude giving out harsh philosophies of food. The new staff is untrained and chitty chatty among themselves messing up “to-go” delivery orders at the counter. The main OWNER doesn’t care, he is more busy on FACEBOOK all the time, promoting unrelated business posts, not paying attention to his business, it’s quality and customer service. At other restaurants the owners/investors spend time to improve their business everyday 2. Catering - Do NOT cater food for parties from here, if you are thinking about their banquet hall. Talk to anyone who has hosted and catered food from here, they will tell you - You have to beg them for refills, they disappear on purpose to avoid you. Plus, very poor service after you pay the money. On refills they won’t give you the same quantity of meat in a biryani or a curry. Rather cater food from outside, to get a good feedback from your guests. 3. QUALITY and PRICE - Do NOT order a dosa here. (Look at the images shared). Is this a dosa for their price? $9 for this quality? I’d rather go to Patel right next to it and buy frozen dosa box which only costs you $2.79, and it’s much tastier, authentic. Very stingy on quantity and quality of meat!

We only had the Irani chai and the Cashmiri chai here. The place was very busy and crowded. Not sure about the food items we didn’t try them. They do have chat counter though so if you have pani puri cravings you can get that here. We might try it next time. It’s self serve so the waiting is a lot, long lines. The Irani chai was good, well flavored masala tea with full fat milk or maybe condensed milk so it makes it quite creamy, makes for a full flavored tea. And the cashmiri chai was really good too. Full flavor, less heavy on the cream and it’s pink in color and has crushed pistachio on top. The pistachio was stale but the idea makes it very delicious, but you gotta make sure it’s not stale. And what is the difference from regular tea is that while boiling the black tea loose leaves you put baking soda which makes it foamy and bleaches the dark brown of the tea water into bright pink which make for a sweeter taste takes away the bitterness of black tea and doesn’t need too heavy cream. Again the pistachios is awesome idea. Loved it.

I wanted give a minus star or no star but its not here Biggest mistake of coming to this restaurant Just because you see a lot of people coming to this place don’t think that they are good I wanted to say it was disastrous (food quality /service ) Lets start with food quality they served us with over cooked biryani secondly they are serving in the disposable containers and it tastes like sulphuric and plastic Raita was like spoiled just opened the container lid of raita there was pungent smell Service staff are very rude if we asked them about the food quality they said if you want to eat or else go out Just to know what is management/owner doing here no clear information about the service is it self service or table service you don’t know And lastly the ambience its was so much messy to have a family dinner here Food quality -2/10 Service/staff -1/10 Value for Money -3/10 Ambience - 3/10 Overall -2.5/10

Recently went with my kids and parents for nice dinner and ended up here. Never eaten worst food like what we ate that day for dinner. My family was very disappointed by me picking this place for dinner. I regretted going there myself. We ordered Dosas came after 20 mins wait , tables were dirty had to ask few times before it was taken care. Dosa came which looked undercook not crispy at all like dosas we get at other restaurants. Sambar was like they literally wanted to kill someone with spices and chills. Thick and super super spicy . Coconut chutney which is our favorite was worst chutney ever 😩 We also had one order of chaat papdi it was full of potatoes hardly any papdi. How can you serve chaat papdi without papdi ? Yougurt tasted awful . Worst part was my daughter found hair in the chat 😡 I almost felt like throwing up 🤮 I can’t believe they are serving such type of food. One item which was okay was mango lassi . My mom’s mouth was on fire with spices. Never coming back . Maybe it is famous for samosa and chai . The guy at the counter was kind enough and apologized for the food gave refund for an item but it was not in his hand to give full refund as manager went for prayers. He tried his best by giving us some sweets because food was so spicy. This place needs to work on food, taste, lower spices, work on cleanliness , customer service and much more. Sorry to hear this review but I am being very honest with my experience.I can’t rate it more than 1...

This has to be one of the worst indian (if you can even call it that) meals I have ever had in my life, the restaurant has a super cheap vibe, utensils are plastic, plates and cups are foam and everything is self serve for that, the Chai which is highly rated was bland, nothing to rave over, also ordered two medium Chai and was served 2 small Chai. Went in a family of 4, and asked the counter for multiple items, everything was out of stock, settled on getting chat paadi and 4 masala dosa and they were even worse. The chat paadi was overly sweet, and the yogurt was disgusting, the filling was literally Chana masala that was super bland. The dosa wasn't terrible but the sambar was thicker than a milkshake, and the taste was unbearable. Ended up throwing away most of the food, suggestion for the restaurant would be if you aren't going to keep everything in stock and available consider removing items, you have 30+ items on the menu and 6 you can actually order after 3 pm, or consider a digital menu where you can show what's...
