Once again, Sarpinos let me down. I left a nice tip for the driver for the holidays and he wouldn't even bring the pizza to my door. I'm sorry, but when I order delivery, I do it because I do not want to leave my apartment. He called me and said he was outside and I said the door should pull open. He said ok and hung up. A few minutes later, I thought maybe he was at the wrong building or something, but nope. I go outside, and here he is standing on the sidewalk waiting for me to come outside and get it from him. It would have taken 20 seconds to bring it to me. This is lousy delivery service.
Second problem which is the bigger issue, they forgot my dipping sauces again and I even leave a note to the driver in the delivery instructions to not forget them. I pay several dollars for these when I order and expect to receive what I pay for. I called the driver as he had just left and told him he forgot the dipping sauces. He argued that he delivered everything. He said he'd call back when he was at the store. He called me back like 15 minutes later and said he'd bring them over, but I had already eaten because this was my first meal of the day. He insisted on bringing them to me after I said it's too late. I asked for a refund and he said he'd have a manager call me. Everytime I've spoke with the manager here, he is very rude and doesn't refund my money. He is supposed to be calling me back. We'll see if that actually happens or not.
Sarpinos, this is NOT good customer service at all. At this point, I guarantee you owe me an entire free pizza for all the money I've paid for dipping sauces that you haven't brought me over the years....
Read moreThe picture will show the the quality of pizza they serve. The cheese was completely over cooked and crispy yet at the same time the pizza was ice cold. It doesn't take a culinary arts degree for someone to take one look at what I was given and determine that no way is this acceptable to serve to a customer. I have worked in the food industry for many years and I understand mistakes happen. So I called up to get a refund on the small pizza (which was part of a $40 order). I did not want my entire order refunded, just the crispy doorstop I was given labeled "pizza". Upon speaking to the manager, I was told that it was impossible for them to refund any order because it "had already been closed out". I have never heard of any place that is unable to refund an order. Also, I have never spoken to a manager of an establishment that seemed to be so clueless about how to deal with a customer with a complaint. Needless to say, this was my last time ordering from Sarpino's. Too many other good pizza options in the area. One's that have managers with at least some customer service skills and don't have shady business practices. ORDER YOUR FOOD SOMEWHERE ELSE (unless you're drunk, that may be the only way...
Read moreOrdered twice from here. First time was amazing. We were very happy. 2nd time they messed up my order. We asked for extra Bleu cheese and got marinara instead. Called to get it fixed, they said we will send you your cheese but you have to wait 30 to 45 min or come back tomorrow for a $5 credit. What?! My pizza is going to be cold and what is $5 gonna do. I wanted the sauce for my pizza. That's what I was looking forward to. Finally I had to ask for a manager and he gave us a cheesy bread with the Bleu cheese but something was wrong with the Bleu cheese. I don't know if they messed with it or what but we all got sick the next morning. I'm very unhappy with this place. Perhaps the first time was just a fluke...

Lost another star. They say there is no minimum order but apparently there is. They mess up my orders everytime and the driver had the galls to demand a tip? The employees of this location is a joke.
