I love coming to this location but theres one thing i don't like about this location and that, is the staffing. I understand working in a food environment is stressful… i came here through the drive thru and told them i am paying 2 different transactions. One transaction was for my free drink with rewards points and the second transaction with cash. I told the lady i want to use my points for my free drink. she went to check me out, used my points and made me pay the $6.47. I told the lady that i wanted to USE MY POINTS, but still made me pay for it. Like i like to use my rewards bc i spend a good amount of $$$ here especially its very close to where i work. Like what i said its stressful working in an environment like this but look at what your doing…..
Next complaint is i always order Venti size drinks, and I always ask for light ice or mo ice and then obviously whatever the drink is. The one thing I hate is we pay so much money for these handcrafted quality drinks just for them to just to be filled halfway. I clearly tell them I want light ice or no ice and they still manage to fill the cup up a little bit above halfway there was numerous times that I had left the drive-through or inside the store, with basically an inch and a half of clear space...
Read moreI go to this location only out of "convenience of location;" it's the closest to my destination. Every morning, I visit this location, and EVERY DAY, you'll wait in the drive thru line, AT LEAST 10 minutes; unacceptable!
Today, I went inside HOPING to avoid the EXTENSIVE wait time. I ordered 2 items (the Impossible sandwich and a Hot White Chocolate Mocha with Oatmilk, no whipped cream.) They give me the sandwich, but forget about my drink! Everyone who walked in behind me, orders were taken and they were given their orders, expeditiously. Even the drive thru was moving along... eventually, and after waiting nearly 10 minutes by the side (where they give you your drinks), I asked if they had called my name. The lady said, "that's what I'm asking him."
So, the tall guy looked through his tablet and repeated my order and she made it. I wanted to get my money back because I was treated differently than everyone else, but since I had waited sooooo long for it, I decided to keep it. Yesterday, I was given a COLD Impossible sandwich!! The lady said that "it was by the window so that may be why [it was cold]." The level of service, and speed, at this location are...
Read moreThis is now the second day in a row that I've placed a mobile order here and both times they had not even started my order. Both times I didn't come to pick up my order until 10 minutes after I ordered. Today it said my order would be ready at 6;57 and is now 7;02 and still no order. I even had to leave without my order yesterday so I would not be late for work. And both times I got nothing but attitude from the managers on duty like it was an irration that I was asking how much longer until my order was ready. Even now as I'm standing waiting for my order I kept asking how much longer and I only received a coming up soon. That was over 5 minutes ago. Horrible customer service. It's now 710 and I just got my order. Even after the manager told my that my order was coming up soon. Twice. And they hadn't even started my order yet. Either times I was told it was coming up. Then I was ignored repeatedly when I asked how much longer. I was not given an apology or explanation.
