Wendy's — Restaurant in Naperville

very disappointed in the food and customer service. We arrived for a pick up order, and the doors were locked. went around to the other side, sign said “employees only” that was also locked, so we went back to the original door. there were about 4 employees sitting at the table watching us try and open the door. This was at 5pm, no signs anywhere saying that the lobby was closed. Another wendy’s employee arrived for their shift having the same locked door issue, two employees got up to go open the door for him and the others got up to just look at us. I thought maybe they didn’t see us? I knocked at the door and waved and they continued to just stare at us. The lobby being closed was not the issue, but after about 5 mins the manager comes to say go through the drive through. I just wish any one of the four employees would have said that or gestured instead of just standing there the whole time. Very confusing, got back in the car to pick up the online order and place another one. The french fries had a weird sour taste and overall the food was disappointing compared to other Wendy’s. We ordered a large fry and 2 grilled chicken wraps with out honey mustard but with ranch dressing instead. My friend who ordered the wraps noticed right away there was no ranch sauce so we went through the drive thru again and asked for ranch sauce. First we honked to get their attention and the guy ignored us. When he finally realized we weren't going to leave the window he gave us a big attitude and acted like he didn't want to help us. We told him he didn't put ranch dressing on the wraps and he said you didn't want honey mustard. So he took the wraps and supposedly put ranch sauce on it and we drove off. On our receipt it clearly says no mustard and add ranch. When we go test out the wraps you could barely taste the ranch. I will never go there again when Horacio(our host) is working. Pros: This location was recently renovated so the decor is nice, its clean and they have both the touch screen ordering kiosks and the touch screen beverage machines. Cons: The bathroom was a mess. I also wanted the 2 for $5 deal they had going but you could not order it on the kiosks. There are several things not on the kiosks that you have to order in person. When I went to order in person I was ignored by half a dozen employees. I had to wait for 2 minutes until someone finally took my order. That's sounds like a short time but when lots of employees look you in the eye waiting to order it is a long time. I tried to tell her you can't order any specials on the kiosk and that the mens room was a mess but she didn't care.
