My wife and I always go here when we visit Naples. We love it! However today we had a rather off-putting experience.
It was busy and the staff were doing their best (they seemed understaffed by 1-2 employees) when we put in our order and we knew it’d be a little bit of time to wait. Then a huge group came in behind us 5-6 kids and a couple of women who had some correlation to the owner since the kids were calling the owner mom when she was running around, helping out, etc. All 7-8 got served right away before the other folks who had already put their order in and were probably already waiting for 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes/maybe even longer. I bet them ditching us and everyone else added about 5-10 minutes of wait time for everyone. My 15 month and wife were going to stay there and eat but we ran out of time and had to go and were very annoyed with how it went down. The older lady who skipped the line picked up a couple empty napkin containers and just told the staff that they’re empty. She was observing them the whole time and seemed to judging the staff and not helping, just go and grab some napkins rather than ditching the line of all the customers and making the staff’s job harder!
I get it, you own the place you can run it how you want and treat family how you want. But that huge group of 8 coming in during peak hours and the staff is understaffed I think they should just wait their place in line and be patient , or just come at a slower time.
I imagine if the owner knew she’d be very upset so that’s why I’m writing this. Hopefully you can change that so other patient customers don’t have to wait another...
Read moreI hardly write google reviews, and instead, just give the stars. So here I go... I've given this location a couple of chances to prepare the right bowls according to my orders. On my lunch breaks, I'd just call to order, but since they kept messing up my bowl when I pick up (always something missing from the bowl), I just decided to order at the counter. This time at the counter, they removed 194 points from my total rewards of 284 points. I've checked to see if they used the points on something I may have purchased, but no, that was not the case because my credit card was charged for every single purchase on my lunch break when I reviewed my CashApp transactions and rewards transactions. This was so upsetting because I was looking forward to redeeming the points/ rewards after a few more purchases. I used to get bowls at this location, maybe 1-3 times per week for lunch. I'm a Fruitarian so this place was very convenient as it is located about 2 mins drive from my job. I will not be ordering here anymore because has a regular customer you'd think they would have prepared the bowls as ordered by now without messing up, and to remove my points from my account is just ridiculous! Unfortunately she had some health issues and was in the hospital for a few days well me not knowing exactly what she likes I just went in and ordered her whatever Bowl I thought she would like like. After getting to the hospital and getting through security and up to her room I realized that I ordered her the wrong bowl this is at 4:15 on a Wednesday afternoon I called the bowl and they simply just heard me out and and asked me what they could do and I said could you please make her another one and they were so kind they remade her bowl. She loved it as always. This may sound silly but it made her day in the hospital a little bit better because she had yummy food. The food quality here and the service/staff is the best in Naples.I really appreciate them fixing a problem that wasn't their fault and having a smile on your face...
