Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Nashua

First time at Chili's ever. Got there about 430 on a tuesday. It wasn't bad. First off the crispy chicken tenders were Amazing! Fresh and crispy and tasty. We all loved them! We got the trio for an appetizer. - I'm not a quac fan but the green sauce was really good!... For the most part it Was good, (mozzarella is SUPER THICK N CHEWY , so if you don't like cheese that stretches 3 ft don't get them .lol. the southwest burrito things were very good .. even my son whom doesnt like beans enjoyed it. And we also got the crispy chickens ... So yum) I got the triple fajita plate. Was Very good.... Peppers, onions, shrimp ( super impressed by the shrimp there actually :) ! , steak was Good/ super yum for that plate, even the rice was pretty good, but, The chicken for that though, was flavorless and kinda rubber and rather fake tasting.... Was disappointed cause the crispy chickens in the app were so awesome!!! :/ also ordered the kids cheeseburger and broccoli. Sliders were rather bland n rubbery.. broccoli was okay. He ate it all cause we were super hungry .lol. son said he liked it ... also got the 5 crispy chickens with fries and Mac n cheese ... Fries were Very good! ( Chicken SUPER yummy!!!) But the Mac was like a glue blob, okay tasting but needed more flavor/seasoning... Something more than cheese glue . Lol 🤷‍♀️. Server, Camille, if I remember correctly was a great sport as it was our first time there ever :). ) Spent $90 there. Including tip.... Wishing it was a bit better, but some things were Amazing and some were very sub par :/ if we decide to go back- crispy chicken is def on the menu!.... But no other chicken or kids meals sliders. And no other chicken on adult menu due to the chicken fajitas meat ( sorry, but that was rather ugh....) shrimp may be another visit...

I have been going to chili’s more than a decade and for the past 10 years I’ve been ordering the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. This is my absolute favorite! I honestly can say I’ve never had amazing service at this location but I’ve never had POOR service. When we arrived the seating at the bar was Covid friendly and I politely asked a couple to scoot over one seat so my friend and I could sit down and have a chair between our two parties. It was very evident the bartender (MABEL) was for some reason upset about this whole new arrangement. She kept rolling her eyes and pretty much ignoring my friend and me. I didn’t really think anything of it. But she kept whispering to the female manager on duty. We finally ordered our food and I ordered the salad of course! When i received my salad I started chowing down right away. I noticed my salad was very spicy for some reason and I realized that the cook and finely chopped jalapeños in my salad (this salad for 10 years has never come with jalapeños). And also the receipt shows I DID NOT special order them. LUCKILY I do not have an allergy to spicy food but for someone that did.... things could have ended differently for them. This was not the only thing I encountered. The bartender and the manager decided to sit a gentleman in the barstool right next to me ( when 20 min before they told us NOT to sit next to the other girls ). Clearly they are only following Covid guidelines when it suits them.

All in all even after this horrible experience I will still be dining at Chili’s but probably not this location. A shout out to the Lowell CHILIS! They have a much better cook and...

Me and my wife have never been here before and she really wanted to try it for her birthday. I ordered to go and spent over $40 for our meal thinking that we'll have a new restaurant to go to now. The original chicken with a dipping sauce of honey mustard came with the sauce smothered all over them and they were so incredibly spicy we couldn't even eat it at all and they were suppose to be original not spicy. We got those for my 2 year old and glad we didn't give her a piece and tried it first. The street corn which she was dying to try was horrible and tasted like a carrot somehow. That's not how street corn is suppose to taste at all. The brisket wasn't good and so dry and inedible. The fries were good and that was the only thing that was. My appetizer of nachos came with 9 nachos and burnt and inedible and basically looked like dog food not beef. They brought my order out and didn't say a word to me and just walked away once she basically threw the food at me. I don't even want a credit for this food to go back. The only thing I'll accept is a full refund because we had to throw out all that food we ordered and went to applebees instead. We've never tried Chilli's before and will never go back again and will let everyone we know to never go there because it's disgusting and a waste of money. I don't know if you just try to cover up how bad the food is with just making everything wicked spicy, but I've never complained about a food order anywhere before, but will make sure i post this everywhere i can to warn everyone not to go there ever. I'm so disgusted by this and my wife is almost throwing up now on...
