Ciao's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Nashua

I arrived at the time I was told my pizza would be ready to find a front counter employee on the phone and several others hanging out near the back. Cash in hand, I busied myself with a menu in hope that the phone call would be finished or another employee would assist me shortly. A minute later, I resigned myself to taking a seat at one of the tables and gave them the benefit of the doubt that their failure to even acknowledge me was because they somehow knew I was the one picking up the pizza that was in the oven. After the pizza was removed, cut, boxed, tagged and put on top of the oven, I decided it was time to speak up. I said purposely loudly enough to not be ignored, "excuse me, is that my pizza over there?" One of the employees near the back fetched the pizza and rang me with with the usual boilerplate professional parting pleasantries. I tried this place recently based on a recommendation. When searching on Google, it is listed under availability to order online for delivery. When you go to their website, it says, order online. When you get to the order online page, it is simply a list of numbers to call. Please do not be deceiving on how orders can be placed. Most places today, have the ability to order online for convenience. Anyway, I decided to try their burger. I was under the impression they made them. I haven' eaten here in years until recently when I ordered delivery twice, one week between each, and both times all of our pizzas were crushed to the side in the boxes. The sides were great, and the uncrushed parts of the pizza tasted okay, but it's kind of a downer to spend 50+ dollars each time and have the pizza be all squished and crushed. It takes over an hour for delivery, which I'm not mad about because I understand its busy, but this does keep me from calling to try and get a redelivery.
