Smash Shack Burger — Restaurant in Nashua

As a customer the food is good, The cooks are Great, The front counter workers are Professional , Friendly and have a good sense of Humor. I am a Delivery Driver who was hired to do deliveries for many Restaurants, to include The Wok N Roll. I have done many Deliveries for the Wok with Great Customer Service, which for me is most important. After providing excellent Delivery Service for several Months and sticking by the Wok during there slow time of year. I was informed that the Wok owner stated to Tony who I've been working with, that the Owner of the Wok was going to try out another delivery service. Now said decision to do so had nothing to do with The Service we provided to The Wok in Delivering food on time and treating the Customers with a Good friendly Service Experience. Customer Satisfaction is our Mission as a Delivery Service. In conclusion, my Reason for writing this is to ask why, Mr Owner of the Wok, Why when I was providing a professional respectful Service for The Wok N Roll and its staff, Providing On Time Deliveries to your Loyale customers who showed how much they appreciated the Drivers based on there amazing tips. DID YOU LET ME GO BASED ON A PERSONAL ISSUE YOU TOOK WITH A PARTICULAR PERSON, WHO YOU HIRED TO DRIVE YOUR VAN To take your staff home every night, plus did many other errands for you. Had nothing to do with me. I write this to make known to you Mr. Owner of the Wok N Roll, It was not professional Etiquette to let me go, without Merritt, Without Notice. We live and learn and continue to work towards our goals, dont let situations or other peoples acts or doing us wrong change who we are or derail us of our common purpose and pursuite...

Update - I gave this place a few more tries trying different things and it kept getting worst every time, not sure if they are cutting corners but the food is not that great. Got Sesame Beef was expecting thinly sliced beef fried in sauce but got these giant steak size beef pieces covered in 1/4 inch of batter, not pleasant to eat and hard to cut. I also got pork dumplings and they were massive, but mostly due to batter as it was really thick and tasted like they were frozen or undercooked as the batter was soggy on the inside.

Spent almost $50 here for takeout. For.the price it's not worth it. The food was subpar at best. The general gaos chicken was very tangy and not as flavorful as I usually get from other places. Vegetarian dumplings were massive and were not pleasant to eat due to the size. The Teriyaki Beef sticks were kind of bland and not that flavorful. I will try other things from.their menu just not those things. Not a great...

Food ⭐️ (1/5): Looked beautiful at first glance, but when you really look closer… oh no. And a few hours later? OH NO. Found tiny hairs in my sushi last time but gave them another chance— big mistake. My friend ended up with severe food poisoning from the orange chicken and was throwing up all night. Also, the Coke was super watered down. Definitely not worth the risk.

Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5): The waitress was very polite and friendly, no complaints here.

Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5): Calm music, cute decor, overall a nice vibe— too bad the food ruined the experience.
