615 Crumpy’s — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

My first visit was pretty good. No problem. Second visit was okay. Each time spent between $30-$50. My next visit, they were training a young lady that had NO clue what she as doing! Kept people on hold forever(including me so I went in)! People’s food sat on the counter forever before she realized she had to give them their order. My order sat there for over an hour as well. When I finally asked about my food they realized it had been up the whole time and the old man didn’t want to redo my order. Now who wants to eat COLD fish. He was thought it was better to refund me my money than to make me happy and redo my order. I was fuming! Like a lot of others have said, this is the worst customer service ever! They won’t be there long, and they will never see another penny from me! I have so much to say but I’m pretty sure there isn’t enough...

Fries was cold.Paid for 2 pieces of catfish $3.50 each and it was only 1 piece cut in half.Really smh this nothing like the original Crumpy's that me and brother always got from the location in South Memphis on Alcy and the wings not what they are suppose to be either.And the wait time callex in they told my wife 25 mintues.Got there and the food was still not ready had to wait an hour instead of 25 mintues no apology for wait or anything. 1st time snd last time going there. Hopefully they get it together and start serving that original taste of Crumpy's along with the original service we always got back in the day from the Alcy...

Coming from Memphis... the wing game is awful in Nashville. I have literally put all my friends from Memphis on this location and they are very happy with the food. Only criticism I do have is that depending on foot traffic, sometimes the wings can come out overcooked. Other than that I am very happy there is a real wing location in...
