Burger King — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

If I could rate it zero stars I would. First of all, the guy who attended me was kind and respectful, but the food was terrible. I asked for a vanilla shake but they gave me an oreo shake. I did not want the guy to do another one all over again so I just kept it and did not say anything. When I got home, which was 2 minutes later since I live close by, I unwrapped the cheeseburger. First thing I found was that the cheese was really hard as if it had been left out for a long time. I further looked in and saw that the patty was really old. I knew this because of how small and shrunked it was. Everything else was fine, so I decided to put my own cheese on it and eat it since I was really hungry. The second cheeseburger was even worse. The cheese was also old as well as the patty, except the patty was burnt. I wiped the patty with a napkin. The napkin ended up looking as if I rubbed it in charcoal. I never ate that cheeseburger. Lastly, the chicken on chicken jr that I got was old and hard. Again, since I was hungry I decided to eat it. I took around 3 bites into it until I discovered hair inside it. That was the last straw. I threw that sandwich straight into the trashcan. I have come here before and my food has been good. Not today though. I suggest Burger King looks through the cameras today (March 17. Around 8:30-9:30pm) and finds the problem to this. I am really dissapointed in this. I am not an angry person, so I did not go to the store and report this, but want Burger King to know about this. Everything is automated, you order your food on a touch screen, you can pay on the screen or in person- I chose to pay in person, which I guess turned out to be a problem for the cashier, since she seemed really bothered by me doing that, I had to ask 2ce for my receipt, other then that she completely ignored me. She handed me the glasses for my drinks, which is through an automatic machine, I got a sweet tea, which tasted awful since it also tasted like it had root beer and something else mixed in, which it probably did since it all comes out of one nozzle.. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could get me a tea from there, she didn't even bother to answer me or acknowledge I spoke to her. (Keep in mind I'm literally the ONLY customer in the place this whole time) - she handed me my bag of food, and I asked her if I could get a drink carrier, since I was getting lunch for a few of us .. again nothing.. she walked away and didn't bother coming back.. I just grabbed the bag with my food, shoved it in the top of my purse, to help carry it and grabbed my drinks and left! This had to be the WORST service I've ever had!! Which is to bad since it used to be really good, and now they're demanding they get 15 plus an hour- or more- for what exactly?? Giving us crap service, when we got better service when they were getting 7 bucks an hour!! Sad,...

If I went to this location this morning approximately 3 minutes ago to get breakfast and when the lady came over the intercom she was coughing!! okay understandable that sometimes happens but the whole time that I was looking over the menu she accidentally had her speaker on which allowed me to hear a series of coughs and sniffles and other sounds that indicated she was obviously not feeling well enough to be around the public nor food. I placed my order and pulled up to the window and looking in I noticed that no one had on any gloves not even the lady who was going to be taking my money who apparently was preparing my food. Needless to say I pulled off and did not take the order sanitation is key not just because we're in a pandemic but because you're dealing with public food this place could definitely some work on that during their...
