First time trying this place. My parents and I were seated in the bar area. Server came and brought coffee with no silverware. Tried getting her attention as she was working the bar. We wanted the eggs Benedict and waited 45 minutes for our food. As we were waiting I saw these ice coffee drinks and asked the couple next to us what they were called so we waited for our server to come back to our table and she never came. Finally had to get another server walking by and asked her if she wouldn't mind telling our server we would like 2 caramel iced coffees. We got the iced coffee which was completely watered down no caramel or taste. Another 15 minutes went by and our breakfast finally came with someone else delivering the food. As expected it was cold. The eggs were pouched hard, potatoes were cold, side of pancakes were cold, and the hollandaise sauce was skimpy and was not hollandaise sauce. It was white and tasted like mayonnaise based sauce. Completely ruined it for us. You cant call it hollandaise sauce because it truly was not. I did not eat my food but, my parents were so hungry they went ahead and ate their food. The sent back my pancakes to the table microwaved. Totally unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager and he finally came and said he would completely comp our food for the poor food and service. We got the check and they charged us $25 for coffee? 3 coffees was $25. This was the first time and last time we will ever eat at this...
ย ย ย Read moreCame in here for the first time to have breakfast today, June 10th. Our waitress was Jaelynne B, which by the way she is so sweet really good at her job and we even connected.
This place has been opened for about 6-7months. The interior is nicely decorated with modern farm charm. The aesthetic is very pleasing. Booths are comfortable and you gave privacy from the next rock across from you so that's nice.
We ordered the light roast and then moved up to the second cup and tried their dark roast, which I highly recommend their dark roast, both are nice but we really enjoyed the dark roast better.
We ordered the Hey Lucy omelette, which has chorizo, eggs, green chilis onions, salsa and sour cream on the side and topped with cheddar jack cheese and a nice slices of avocado on top. It also comes with an English muffin and fresh cut fruit. I highly recommend this omelette it was fresh, hot tasty and pretty legit!
Because it was our first time, they brought us a complimentary mini beignets with a side of orange marmalade, tasty tasty!
We are on the road so we didn't want to eat a lot, so we split the Hey Lucy Omelette, but the Lucy is great for just one person, it's really good trust me you don't...
ย ย ย Read moreWow and not as impressed but just the opposite...wow as in totally disappointed the asthetics were absolutely beautiful but the food leaves much to be desired especially at those prices. I ordered the salmon Benedict my wife had the lobster hash there were 2 other couples with us but I'll let them give their reviews if they choose to, they were not pleased at all either or so they said but I digress I thought I was going to have a stroke the only thing you could taste was salt they use salt and lots of it in everything the food was cold greasy and salty and when we asked we were told because apparently they only use hormel which apparently specializes in salting everything from bacon to bread. Our waitress was some gangly girl who acted as if we were bothering her and to be honest smelled like dog or cat urine. We left all the food maybe took 3 or 4 bites but we just couldn't get it down and we don't complain so we just paid and left definitely won't be back and yes I did tell several people who asked about our experience not to even waste their time or money and if they want flavorful food just go to waffle house at least you get alot of food with flavor...
