Second time I’ve been in this location in a week. First time they were extremely rude when I picked a cake up, ordered it 2-3 days in advance. Today I went in there at 12:05 and asked if I could order a small cake for my friends birthday and pick it up in 6-7 hours? The employees were both rude and were so annoyed to be there. They told me I couldn’t get a cake in that window of time even though there is postage/ad saying cakes can be ready within 15 minutes and I asked for within 6 hours. It was dead in there and I see why now, lazy lazy lazy and rude employees, this location needs a reality check or it should close its doors. I have always went to this location. Went tonight almost a hour to closing and the young guy working said “ he didn’t want to make a milkshake and have to clean it up !” Isn’t that part of the of job ?? I guess it’s new people working and management just doesn’t care. Don’t think we will be going back to get treated rudely. That means those 6 big birthday cakes we order yearly will now be made...

I visited the store around noon. I knew I wanted a cookie cake for a friend’s birthday. The associate, Kiana, was most helpful in helping me design the cake. I told her what I had envisioned and she helped bring it to life. She even helped add some finishing touches to make it better. Kiana did a fantastic job in the decorating aspect, too.
