this is my second time ordering through that mobile app for Arby's in both times have been a horrible experience the first time they said their app wasn't working we waited 2 hours inside the store to be ignored it took me 4 weeks to get my money back because they weren't able to give it to me in the store and then they sent us a $15 gift card to compensate for the $24 it took for me to get back 4 weeks later. but she told us the mobile order didn't come through so we order through the drive-thru by the time we got up to the drive-thru to pay our mobile order had came through I didn't have the money to pay for both so we took the mobile order which left my husband with nothing to eat after that because of the way things turned out for us. I won't be using Arby's Mobile order again or calling their customer service because it takes 4 weeks I still have all the emails where the agent who contacted me kept asking me continuously did you want me to refund your money? The day we had no more money in our account $23 out of my account and my kids literally went hungry until we could get to our hotel because we' lost our home in a fire and we're looking for another one and we had to make do with what we had. People don't understand that little things like that can really affect someone and don't know how their day went especially management who ignores the fact because they don't want to deal with...
Read moreThere are multiple fast food restaurants in this particular area, tonight against my better judgement I decided to go to Arby’s. Went thru the drive through and the young lady was RUDE from the moment I pulled up to the speaker, after sitting for a few minutes I said hello to make sure they were open. Her response was gives us a minute. Fine, when she returned to the speak to take our order I asked for the 2 for 6 fish listed on the menu, she quickly told me we don’t have that anymore, I said it’s here on the menu, she replied we’ve been too busy to take it down. We went ahead and ordered the fish sandwich’s and loaded fries. Pulled up to pay asked what the amount was again because I did not hear her and she repeated the amount and quickly said pull up to the rail. Another hound lady brought the food out and once I got home it was worst, the fish was not hot, the loaded fries were not either. We did not receive napkins, nor forks or the tarter sauce she asked if I needed. This young lady desperately needs some customer service training. We are still in a pandemic and if she does not want to work she should stay at home. I will contact the manager and corporate during business hours on tomorrow. Read moreI have been trying to reach someone from corporate in regards to my experience with the manager at this location. She was very rude! While we were placing the order, she was rushing us. She rudely repeated, " is that all?" after every item we ordered. When I pulled up to pay for my food, I asked her why she had an attitude on the speaker, and she responded, I was trying to get the order. When I asked for a manager, she said, " I am the manager!" So I said, "that's how you talk to your customers?" She closed the window. When she returned, she said how much the food total was. I let her know that I would be calling corporate, and I left. I didn't purchase the food. I immediately called corporate, but no one ever answered the phone. I called several times. Same thing. So, that is why I am making this complaint publicly.
