Ordered online. Came in and there someone was taking a customer's order on the phone. I walked up to the counter and waited. There was a guy who walked up eventually on the side just standing there but I wasn't sure what specifically he was doing though never asked me if I needed to pick up or place an order. He saw me standing there though. Then some other person walked in and asked about a doordash order so the guy standing there helped him. Then some chick behind the counter came up to the other computer and started to help the lady behind me. At this point I was pissed. The lady said she was picking up a doordash order and I had just said out loud that "I was just picking up an online order." The chick behind the counter almost seemed like I was inconveniencing her. After she got the name of the order from the lady who was behind me, now she asks me about my order. I had been standing there for minutes now and the lady behind me had just got there. She didn't seem phased at all. She gave the order to the lady then she got mine ready. When I got to my car, I opened the bag and my order wasn't correct. They gave me some smelly fries over cheese fries. When I go back in, the guy behind the counter seemed very frustrated talking to the manager to get him to help. Almost like he knew that the manager wouldn't want to be bothered but this time it was an issue that needed a manager. The manager told me it would be "a while." I thought this was a little absurd that he used the words "a while." For cheese fries? Never saying like it'll be 10-15 mins or 45 mins. No time frame. It is 2025 right? Customer service has evolved backwards.. so I wait for my fries. He does apologize but never offers anything like even a drink cup for something to drink now that I've patiently waited 20 mins for something I ordered 45 mins ago. Also the fact that it is hot outside and it wasn't a pleasant temperature inside. I won't be back for this experience. Clearly there are manger / employee issues and with prices the way they are i thought it was worth it. Then employees obviously not wanting to talk to certain customers. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the chick gave me the wrong order on purpose, she did gather the boxes and even said my order when she gave it to me. So it almost feels like she was reassuring me, so I wouldn't look in the bag. All the while knowing she inconvenienced me by giving me the wrong order. I've seen these situations play out, I'll take my...
Read moreAs a former employee I am sad to say that this place is not worth your money, time or appreciation. This was my first job and let me say it was the best first job a teen could have if you forget about how awful the management is. Under new ownership this business has gone downhill fast (I personally watched it happen). The owner is an ill tempered man who changes rules to fire workers who don’t wish to be walked over just so they can’t “pull one over on him.” I’ve repeatedly seen this same person put food that I myself would not eat (especially if I had to pay for it) just so he can save some money. I managed there for a little bit and I absolutely loved it. I grew to enjoy seeing regulars who would tell me about how their grandkids were doing or the people who appreciated that I would remember their usual order. Sadly loving my job wasn’t enough to make me stay. I soon realized that the owner who I am speaking about was only there to look after himself and when I would ask for help he would make me feel as I was asking for too much and sweep my issues under the carpet. After leaving I would hear from my ex coworkers that he continually bad mouthed me, in my opinion that’s not what an owner should do. If you truly care about the people who make your food then please consider what I’m saying and act on it. Don’t eat at this Bellacinos (I cannot speak for the others) and certainly don’t let your kids, family members or friends work at this...
Read moreTLDR: Food was okay at best. Grinder sandwiches are the go-to. Avoid the fries.
Always pass by and it smells great. We ordered a few items to give the place a thorough try. We got a pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, fries, spaghetti, and 2 grinders. We ate half of each item in the store and it was okay. The grinders were good as reheated snacks later, the rest didn't reheat so well.
Pizza was flat crust and greasy, meaning I liked it and the wife avoided it. While the cheese sticks were doughy and tasty.
The spaghetti was a very basic pasta and sauce. Nothing to write home about but it checked the boxes for a spaghetti.
Avoid the Fries. Both batches were under cooked and stiff in the middle. I would suggest a longer cook size or a smaller cut fry.
The Grinder sandwiches are what I would recommend if your going however, I got the meatball and my wife got the Italian and both were full and evenly seasoned. I'd stop by again for...
