Wife is Vegan for over 3 years and I'm a newly crowned Vegetarian, went to try the new Impossible Sausage for me and my Wife only to get home and being highly upset and disappointed. Went inside to order (with mask) because I knew the drive thru would be asking for trouble. My order was an Impossible Buritto with nothing on it (just impossible sausage & the burrito shell...no egg or cheese), 2 side impossible sausage patty in a separate container, and an Impossible Croissant. The guy at the register read the order back to me as well as yelled to food preparers to put nothing on the burritos and all sausages for the order was Impossible. I felt confident that it was right because her repeated the order multiple times and talked to them in the back plus I'm the only one ordering inside. I checked the bag and seen my items and felt great (I never opened the wrappers just checked the bag,..worst decision of the day); went home only for the whole order to be wrong. Egg and Cheese on the burritos; as well as 1 of the side impossible sausage patty was pork. My Wife felt sick as she almost bit into the burrito and I was enraged as she almost ate egg and cheese; as well the pork sausage in my bag. I went back there with everything in the bag and with the receipt wanting my money back. But I'm met by one of the preparers trying to explain to me he didn't do nothing wrong even after checking the receipt. Finally I got my money back and about to go home....hungry and with a damn headache.
To all the vegans and vegetarians out there we got to open our food wrappers as a lot of the food preparers don't give a damn about your lifestyle or eating preferences. Sorry for any errors in the post as I'm doing this on my phone with a headache outside this damn restaurant that doesn't give a damn.
To Burger King please do better by your customers as I did not have my food/order "My Way"; also to the prepare just get your manager when a customer is upset and want a refund, especially when they have a receipt and being respectful to you. Ordered two sandwiches with bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato, Lg Fry and a 6pc nugget. Get to the window pay and wait for order.
Both sandwiches have pickles mustard and ketchup on them. I hand them back to the attendant for them to be remade. The ticket on the sandwiches was right, just not made right.
He hands me the remade burgers, these burgers don’t have any bacon on them. Now, we’ve been sitting at this window for 15 minutes. I hand him the new burgers, the fries and the nuggets back and ask for a refund.
All of the employees are just walking in circles, having no clue of what the hell is going on. There’s already a car pulled up, who was also waiting on a refund.
I blow the horn to ask what the holdup is. I’ve been here for 22 minutes at this point. The “manager” walks back into the restaurant taking her sweet time. She was on break at China Bell. I proceed to take her picture so that I can post the GEM of a manager working tonite. I am told “don’t he tooken my picture, I’m gone sue you” I laugh and ask for my money!
