Another Edit: Ordered again (12-1-20) because I was starving.. the best meal I've had from here. It was incredible!! I want to know who was working because everything was fantastic (11-30-20) It was the best meal I've had from here. Why can't you be consistent?! Seriously though, who was working? Because I'll order when they're working. Edit: Had the worst meal I've EVER had from them. What happened? Orange Chicken didn't even have any chicken, just fried pieces of bread with a sweet orange coating. Pu Platter was underwhelming, low portions and not tasty like it used to be. I'm so disappointed that their inconsistency has made sure I'll never go back. Even the fried rice was terrible. How do you mess up fried rice!! I spent over $50 for food I could not eat. I'm going back to China Wok.
I didn't really know what the Pu Pu Platter was until I tried it here. The Pu Pu Platter is on every menu in any Chinese restaurant, but they have the best I've ever had. I now judge other Chinese restaurants based on their Pu Pu Platter and no one has come close to what this place offers. Try their Pu Pu Platter!!! It's Amazing!! I've had most things from their menu and everything is good, as you expect it should be for good Chinese (American style). This is the best Chinese on the East...
Read moreThis place is horrid and 100% overpriced. Ordered wonton soup, the noodles were dried out and soup was like black pepper broth. Ordered Mongolian Beef and Chicken w/ fried rice combo. The meat tasted like jerky. It was obvious they had meat precooked and just added to a ton of onion. The meat was like a quarter cup. Then they added the meat/onions w/no flavor on top of a ridiculous amount of styrofoam noodles as a filler to make your dish look more full. Then there was fried rice which they charge more. Total was $30 for a combo, but the full order was $40. Eat elsewhere.
Not a fan of China Wok due to customer service. For Take out, a much better location. The food is at least more closer to real Chinese food. Not to mention a lot cheaper and bigger portions. They don’t charge extra for Fried Rice. The total of what we got would have been around $24/25. The Full order maybe $30
For the best Chinese Food in the Nashville area is China Cottage. This is more dine in, but you can order out. Great food, huge portions, and best value...
Read moreI purchased shrimp with Lobster sauce. I've had better. The pork fried rice was terrible, it was old, the pork was dark in color, the peas tasted old. The egg roll was dark and it seemed it was from the day before and reheated. I totally wasted my money. I've had this dish at China One and it was great..... I will not return to this establishment......
In responding to your response:
