My 1st time ever writing a review anywhere❗️ My experience was devestating❗️I just noticed all of these negative reviews on here❗️I ordered food for my beautician, my 8 yr old daughter and myself. When I first called I got a really rude person on the phone with a strong accent. He was very irritated and disrespectful and rushing me with my order. Keep in mind it was my very first time ordering from this place and also the first time with this beautician. The wings were so dry and hard you couldn’t chew or swallow them and very old or severely over cooked. I have a cheese allergy so the pizza was all cheese and none was without cheese like I ordered. They told me they usually can make half without cheese but could make me a quarter without so I could eat it. We tipped the delivery he was polite. Called back very politely and asked if they could remake it correctly and the rude Manager answered and immediately said “NO! We always have problems from this address! Yelling at me. I explained it’s my 1st time eating here. I asked for my money back he again yelled No! He said I made him lose money because he had been on the phone with me for several minutes already. I said it’s horrible customer service and I will call back and speak to someone else. I did but everyone was very intimidated by him that worked there and said well it’s what he says that goes and he thought I was someone else. Even though I had a good attitude. Are you serious? Who runs a business this way? There was a younger gentleman there was was amazing, but he was new and couldn’t help like he wanted. Way to show our kids these days how to run a business. I know I’m going to get a generic reply back like all of the owner responses on here. I don’t think it’s the owner replying. I hope not. These are individually owned. How do we have businesses being ran like this just taking our money and not getting what we paid for? I stopped at McDonald’s on my way home I was starving. I haven’t eaten there in years. I chose this place based on the reviews. I placed an order for delivery at 5:45 pm, told it was going to be 45 minutes. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple, cheese breadsticks, eggplant parmigiana and a Tiramisu. Was given the total $35.58. 6:35-6:40 I called to see if my order was on it’s way. The person I talked to said it was still cooking that it hadn’t left yet so I said ok. About 7:20 the delivery man showed up. My boyfriend started getting the food out of the bag when I said hey where is my eggplant parmigiana? He went running after the delivery man in the meantime I called and asked what happened. The first time I called I was hung up on so I called again and asked to speak with the manager he told me that I didn’t order eggplant parmigiana I said yes I did I repeated it 3xs to the person that took my order he said that the person who took my order said that I said chicken parmigiana. I don’t like children parmigiana why would I order that? I repeated the order exactly as I told the person the first 3xs. Manager told me that they don’t have eggplant parmigiana that they ran out last week and are waiting for the shipment. Apparently not everyone that work there got the memo. To top it off the pizza and breadsticks were cold and had to be heated up and there was no flavor very plain/bland. Was going to order Papa Johns but they don’t have eggplant parmigiana. Thank God I'm not the only one!!! First of all, I want to state, as bad as I don't want to admit it, the food is great.... BUT the service is the worst I have EVER experienced, and being in the food service/hospitality industry for many years in upper level management/ownership, I have seen some garbage service, but this place takes the freaking cake. The first time I ordered my food, I got the COMPLETELY wrong order, then called that night, was told to just call back when I wanted and it would be replaced (mind you, I spent 60+ that night bc we had just moved into our new house and wanted to feed everyone that helped), then when I finally did, the 'owner' told me I was a liar, cussed at me, and refused to do anything to even attempt to regain my business. Tonight I ordered for my family, reluctantly, but my boys wanted a Stromboli, and I didn't feel like driving, and while the food was great, the driver was the biggest, sexists, pig, I have ever met, even spoke down and cursed at me in front of my four and eight year old children, and refused to leave me with a copy of the receipt...
