I wrote an honest review about an order purchased back in January. I have just now read the businessâ response back. I am laughing at the fact that this establishment would even try to make it seem like I would tamper with the food in anyway. The said worm/parasite was in the seafood boil BAG and I discovered it on top of one of the sausages. By the time I discovered it I was almost done with the food and sick to my stomach.
It seems as if leaving a Google review is the only way to get businesses to take customer service seriously. I did receive a refund but it was after some back and forth. Had I received it once I initially asked and provided proof of the disgusting food I would not have left such a bad review.
I do not believe this to be a first occurrence as I have always heard mixed reviews about the Juicy Seafood brand. I do encourage external oversight and I should have called the health department. I made a post on Facebook too that had over 500 shares just so everyone could be aware.
The Google review was honest and in no way misleading. I suggest this establishment use their funds for âlegal actionâ towards better health practices and ensuring excellent customer service. I do not feel bad for my review negatively impacting this business because you all chose to be in the food business where health should be prioritized first.

We had more juice in our bag than we had food and I have ordered this same style before. I was super disappointed this time. One of the lobster tasted and looked old. Like it's been sitting in water forever. I tried eating it cause it was an extra $17 filled with shell's on every bite. Pieces smaller than my middle finger.đ€ź Couldn't finish it. The seafood hibachi I ordered through DoorDash from XYZ Restaurant did not disappoint. When the insulated delivery bag arrived, the mouthwatering aromas of grilled shrimp, steak and vegetables that wafted out left me eager to dig in. Each bite was more flavorful than the next, as the savory shrimp, tender steak and fresh veggies blended together in perfect harmony. The plump shrimp were cooked to a juicy sweetness, while the steak melted in my mouth. The assorted sautéed vegetables provided crisp texture and brightness of flavor in each tasting. Finishing it off with the included green tea was the ideal compliment. While I didn't get the entertaining cooking display, the quality and taste came through just as beautifully via DoorDash delivery.
