I went to this Burger King yesterday for breakfast and when I got home I realized that they had given me the wrong sandwich. I called them and finally got someone on the phone. She said that her name was Lisa and if I came back they would replace my sandwich, just ask for Lisa. I said that I may be able to make it back today or tomorrow. Immediately, I drive back and the drive thru personnel remembered me. They asked if they got my order wrong and I said yes. The lady at the drive-thru said Ham not Bacon correct? I said yes. I get home and I've got another bacon sandwich. I called again and got Lisa on the phone and she said, "why didn't you ask for Lisa?" I said, because your employees recognized me and replaced the sandwich. But, the sandwich was incorrect again. She said again, "why didn't you ask for Lisa?" I said I just told you why. Is there a manager that I can speak with? Lisa then said, "did you explain to the drive-thru that you needed a Ham vs a Bacon sandwich?" I said, Yes, I just told you that". Lisa then asked if i could come back again. I said "No, I've been there twice and I have a meeting in a couple of minutes". Lisa said, "O.K. ma'am" (I am a man, by the way) and hung the phone up! Read moreUpdate: Went here today,11-9-19. I want to commend Lanita!!! A friend and I went in and decided we were splitting a meal. She helped us decide which was best value for us. My friend wanted ice cream after our meal. She was asked if we were going to split this as well. When my friend said no because we'd been sick, Lanita gave her another one so we both have one! She was very attentive to our needs. She is a definite asset to this store. One year ago:Best experience I've ever had at a Burger King!!! Front End employee let me know she'd be with me in a minute as she as helping Drive thru! Then she took my order and handed me my cup. I normally look at my sandwich and thoroughly check it since I've encountered so many mistakes from this location. Tonight made the mistake of assuming that since there was no one inside the restarant when I pulled up and the drive through was completely empty, they would get my order correct. Shame on me!!! My order was very simple, I ordered a wopper combo with no pickles. I got home and I had a whopper with cheese (I don't eat cheese) , 6 pickles( which I'm allergic to) and bacon (I don't eat pork). How did this happen when the restarant was completely empty??? I've tried to call the restaurant to speak with a manager for the past 30 minutes and line just continues to be busy.....
