I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Sept 1, 2025. The assistant manager, Ashley Rodriguez, refused to prepare the customer’s drinks for a delivery order, even though Uber Eats policy requires restaurants to do so for health and safety compliance.
I explained that drink preparation is the restaurant’s responsibility — since these are their customers and my role is only to deliver. She told me, “I’ll just get another driver instead,” essentially threatening to reassign the order because I would not break health code compliance. I immediately contacted Uber Eats Support, and even after they explained the policy and health code requirements directly to her, she dismissed them by repeatedly saying, “Oh, really? Oh, really?” in a disrespectful tone.
Even after that, she still refused to prepare the drink. She told both me and Uber Support that her manager could be contacted the next day, but when I called back, she first claimed she was the supervisor, then admitted she was the assistant manager. She also refused to provide the general manager’s schedule or availability.
Because of this, the customer did not receive their drink as ordered and was disappointed that the restaurant had refused to prepare it. She informed me that she is titled as an assistant manager but her behavior was very unprofessional. Managers are supposed to carry themselves with respect and professionalism, and this situation reflected very poorly on both the staff and the location.
This created unnecessary conflict, delayed the order, and reflected very poorly on the location. Staff should never pressure drivers to break health code rules, dismiss Uber Support staff, or misrepresent their role to avoid accountability.
Corporate or Management should address this behavior to ensure customers, drivers, and partners are treated with professionalism...
Read moreSo, wanted to try a new place today and remembered seeing Wingstop when I've been into the Jersey Mikes next door. Ratings had me concerned, but prices did not look bad enough where I'd be upset if the food was mediocre.
So, first thing is time. If you are in a rush, don't come here. Think I waited for 20-30 minutes for my food? And for 8 wings and a side, that seems a bit high for a casual-fast food place. Seems like they take online orders and those are constantly flowing in and being worked through with in-store orders.
As for the store, it's pretty clean. When I first got in, there were a dirty tables, but it seems like several groups left at once and staff just hadn't gotten a chance to make it out to clean. Once it calmed down, staff was out cleaning. Drink & condiment area was well stocked and clean as well.
For the food, I was really surprised. Typically go to Zaxby's or BWWs and I think I actually prefer Wingstop. Boneless wings were good sized, and I'm assuming the food wait took so long as they fry each order fresh and they don't seem to have a lot prepped/waiting for orders. Batter was well cooked and was not super hard/crunchy like BWWs tends to be. Got 8 wing combo with 2 sauces (4 each) and the Insane sauce was good and warm while the dry garlic parm tasted good buttery. Also gave a good sized cup of ranch (maybe a 4oz container instead of the typical 2oz?).
Also got the special fried corn side. The corn was well cooked and sweet. They put a Cajun seasoning on it that was really good, but a salt bomb for sure. Definitely get again, just have save a few pieces for later so my blood pressure doesn't get out of control.
Overall, definitely be back to this spot in the future to try the bone-in wings, as they looked...
Read moreI have ordered carry out online multiple times at this location, and each time I have arrived my food wasn’t ready when I had placed the order 25+ min out. The times I have went the employees would just be looking around so they’re not busy; So I finally asked why is my food is never ready and the cashier said, “because I didn’t pay.” That there just isn’t right when I only have an 30 min break and sometimes only able to pay with cash. There’s no where on the website that states, “We won’t make your food until you had paid.” I understand some people never show up, but geez just take that L and make each and every...
