Fantastic Meal and Stellar Service!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Noah, the server who took care of me, was simply outstanding.
Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Noah, who was attentive and eager to assist. When I mentioned my unique drink request of a sweet tea and strawberry lemonade with grenadine, he responded with genuine curiosity and a friendly smile. It's refreshing to encounter a server who embraces creativity and is willing to cater to individual preferences.
Noah guided me through the menu, and I decided to go with a classic burger with cheese. However, when it came to selecting a side between sweet potato tots or truffle tots, I left the decision in Noah's capable hands. Without hesitation, he suggested the truffle tots, assuring me that they would complement the burger perfectly.
When the meal arrived, I was blown away. The burger was cooked to perfection, with the cheese perfectly melted and the flavors expertly balanced. It was everything I had hoped for and more. And the truffle tots? Utterly delicious! They were crispy, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the burger.
Throughout my dining experience, Noah went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was attentive, checking in on me regularly without being intrusive, and was always ready to offer recommendations or answer any questions I had. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in making my meal enjoyable truly enhanced the overall experience.
I highly recommend this place for both the outstanding food and the exceptional service provided by Noah. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, look no further. I can confidently say that I'll be returning soon to enjoy another amazing meal, thanks in large part to Noah's attentive and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt seems I finally found a great burger place in Nashville.... this really seems pretty amazing to me and the best I've been to so far here. Let's begin.
So I actually found this place because we felt like getting a Nutella shake specifically, so searching Yelp for that yielded this place, which also happened to have amazing burgers. I had the Chili Chili Bang Bang, while my date had the Black N' Bleu. We just cut them both down the middle and shared, since they were both so good and we wanted to try as much as possible. The Chili Chili Bang Bang was a solid mix of (Sam Adams?) chili and monterey jack cheese and onions, with the burger cooked medium rare right below it all. Honestly, it was quite a mess, but SO good. Meanwhile, the Black N' Bleu was pretty clean, with blue cheese crumbles (obviously) but also cajun spice and onions. I honestly liked the black and blue burger more, but I really want to try the Fenway next time. As for the side, Tater-tots, so crunchy! Haven't had tater tots since middle school, but these were crunchy and delicious. I am a little sad they don't have sweet potato fries though.
For drinks/dessert, we had shakes - the Spiked Nutella and the also a spiked Velvet Cake shake whose exact name I don't remember. They were both freakin delicious man, so smooth and cold yet not soft or melted. I preferred the velvet cake one, just because it had little pieces of cake that conveniently were sized to fit perfectly through the straw. Meanwhille, the nutella shake was just delicious because.... well it's nutella, its just always delicious. The consistency was great too though, just like the other one. Not too strong on the alcohol though, so I wouldn't order this mainly as a drink, I just like the kick.
Overall, I loved the place and I'm probably on my way there again...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreService started out bad as we sat there for 10+ minutes without being greeted or drink orders being taken. Then when we finally get service, even after patrons coming in after us being served, we were told by our server, Cody, that he was the only one on the floor for the entire place. He did a great job considering! The sweet tea was so overly sweet it would stand up a spoon and was almost undrinkable. We ordered the Spinach and Crab dip for an appetizer. It comes in a small ramekin and was runny with orange grease covering the top. Had a slight taste of crab but was pureed so much there was no notice of it otherwise. It was not very flavorful or good, but at least there wasn't very much of it to eat. Next came the burgers and we ordered a Buy the Farm and their staple, the 96. Both ordered medium, one with tots and the other with the Benton bacon Mac n Cheese. The Mac n Cheese was completely dry and over cooked. No cheesy goodness at all, just pure smoke flavor and dryness. How you can mess up Benton's Bacon of Knoxville is an extraordinary feat, but Burger Republic accomplished it! The tots were fine and the same as you get from the frozen section of any grocery store. The burgers were very small for $12 each. The toppings were dumped on the patties and the burgers overall were very bland and uninspired. I've had better burgers, well, almost everywhere. Even frozen patty burgers at a pizza place. Having eaten at burger joints all over the country I can't believe the high star reviews given to Burger Republic. Either people don't know any better or just don't want to admit to being duped by some marketing or hustling hipster. So for a $50 lunch for two you could do better almost anywhere...
