Very disappointed and will NEVER spend money here again. My boyfriend placed an order over the phone I wanted shrimp with mine and my boyfriend wanted chicken and steak. When I picked up the order and then came home we realized that they added shrimp to my boyfriends order and he’s allergic to seafood. So I went back and explained the situation to the man and telling him that my boyfriend is allergic to shrimp and requested a refund(JUST FOR THE SHRIMP) and for them to remake the order. He’s tries to hand me $5 and I asked him if shrimp was only $5 and if he could pull the receipt so we could do the transaction more smoothly. He hands me $20 more and says that he will not remake my order! I told this guy that I don’t want $25 I just want to be reimbursed for the shrimp and to remake the order. I also wanted to confirm if there was extra rice that we paid for in the plates because I’m use to them putting the extra rice in a separate container. He tells me that it’s in the plate but I stated that I have no way of knowing if you guys actually gave us extra rice by looking at the food because I am used to them placing it in a separate container. He fans his hands at me telling me to leave and saying that he will not remake the order and I asked “so my boyfriend doesn’t get to eat tonight because you can’t do the right thing?” He then says to me “That’s what he ordered” and I was trying to tell him “He ordered the shrimp for me and his order was just steak and chicken” He said “You have my money now so no I will not remake the order and leave” Mind you, every time this same man takes orders over the phone he tries to rush you off the phone and never reads the order back to customers. He even hung the phone up my boyfriend right after putting in the order. This behavior was disgusting and uncalled for and I’m beyond disappointed because this has been the only Mexican restaurant I’ve ordered food from since I moved here and they’re only 5 minutes away from where I live. I will NEVER EVER spend money here again. Usually the staff is very pleasant so I don’t understand why I was treated the way I was treated. Read moreSo my experience was “ok” at this location. Eh. Me and my friends went there on Saturday 05/17/25. I ordered a sprite along with the nachos supreme. The meal was perfect but the waiter was not unfortunately. He wasn’t really mindful of where he put our food or where he placed his hands with our food. Overall tho I will give him an 4/10. Moreover, when we got our tab there were two bills shown on the check. Cash due: $20.30 and the Total due: $21.40. I paid the Total due thinking nothing of it. However the next day my friend texted me and my other friend letting us know that she got charged about $3-$4 extra from what she initially paid. My charge was still pending in my account for $21.40 so I waited until today to see if the same thing happened to me. And it DID!! I was charged about the same amount giving me a total of $24.40. And the same thing happened to the 3rd friend, as 2/3 of us have the same bank. Now the cost of the charge is not the problem but the fact that they took without our permission is. That’s theft. Obviously. There weren’t any gratuity charges because it would’ve said that or had the charges for cash/total due calculated into what was due. My friend that was charged first went there the next day and said the guy told her that he didn’t know “why” she was charged extra but we’ve never had that happen to us before. They can keep the $3 but I will be calling them and letting them know about they scammed us. Servers don’t know what others having going on and to willingly take from others because of their reasons are still selfish. It would be the same if we had dined and dashed because we were “so hungry”. I give where I feel like I need to and because my overall experience wasn’t the best I chose to give him nothing. Everyone has there own views of tipping. People tip no matter what. I tip what I can, when I can, and how you treated me during that time. Read moreHave eaten here many times but will NEVER go back. Call in order was not ready when we arrived 15 minutes after calling it in even though it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When it did come out, it was only half of the order. After asking two or three times about our food over the next THIRTY FOUR minutes, they finally brought out our food. I would have been gone after waiting another 15 minutes but my wife was craving their food so we waited. Both plates were cold and looked like something scraped off the floor--that's probably what they did. Cheese dip was cold enough to have been refrigerated. The tiny bag of chips (in a brown bag the size of a 12 ounce can of soda) they gave us was nothing but a bunch of crumbles, all of which were smaller than the size of a quarter--again, probably just something they swept up off the floor. Also, both orders were still wrong. One burrito supreme plate was nothing but a tortilla with some unseasoned ground beef inside--no toppings, no cheese, no seasoning, no nothing. And it was COLD. The other plate was a chicken fajita but had no peppers or onions or cheese even though we ordered. The list goes on. Just completely HORRIBLE service and horrible food. And the owner barely even mumbled a "...sorry for your wait..." as we walked out. Lastly, the parking lot situation is a complete F-ing nightmare. There is never an open spot and there are always multiple lines of cars trying to inch their way up the hill, past the hotel next the restaurant, and back down. People just drive in circles or park in the roadway wherever they can. And you're lucky if there's one car width of room in any direction you try to go.
