Worse service ever! From start to finish! A Monday night, and they were not busy. Warning....long post! After being seated, we were informed that (Ram/Rim) would be our server. After sitting for a while, and no service, I placed an order for appetizers on the kiosk, even though we had some questions for drinks and figured we could possibly get some service then. Our server finally comes to the table, offers the wine of the evening for a sample and lets me know that it is .25 cents, I said sure, however I needed another glass because the one on the table was dirty. He takes our drinks orders, and says oh I see you placed an appetizer order. Drink order 4 waters, Sprite, watermelon margarita and an Arnold palmer. We waited and waited and finally our waters only arrive! He had to go back, sprite and magarita comes out and he has to go back and get the Arnold Palmer. Okay...we like okay, np...finally comes back with the Arnold palmer and lemonade that no one ordered...my husband was like fine, I will take it. We had to tell him that we were ready to order, he sure didnt ask. Appetizers were brought out by another server, and it wasnt until she came to our table with them, that he returned again. We had to ask for our soup and salad. Salad came out with no dressing ( and no we didnt order that way) my husband zuppa tuscany Soup came out with nothing in it, no potatoes, no kale, and SAUSAGE BITS! He said oh that is just the broth. We let him know that salad needed dressing, brings back two small containers and brings back another soup and says this is the real one. We just started eating our soup and salads when out comes our entrees. He then says your table maybe a little congested, but you will be alright. My daughter had to ask for a sprite refill to get something to drink. He never came back and checked on us afterwards, never got refills,.nothing. Still not done. We had to flagged him down and we asked if we get can togo containers, we asked for 2. Comes back and hands us the containers and says yall wanna do your leftovers or do you need my help? Then lays the bill on the table, said if you are paying by card, use the kisok or if you are paying by cash, I will take it and left. At this point, we said lets pay and leave. Looking at the bill we noticed that we were charged for soda that we didnt order(maybe the lemonade we didnt order??) We were just ready to leave, we paid the bill and even left a little tip. Still not done! Went to the front and asked to speak to manager and was informed that Rachel would be here shortly. We waited, waited and was told she was helping another guest. However, while we was standing we noticed another manager in the bar area. Manager never came, We just left! Too bad I couldn't give...
Read moreI absolutely LOVE this place, and THIS location in particular....except the waitress CAROLYN (at least this was the name on the ticket). OMG, I've seen/HEARD this waitress before when she physically THREW our appetizers on our table because our assigned waiter asked her to deliver this one thing for us. The next time I visited I was sadly placed in her section. I thought nothing of the first encounter and proceeded to order. I ordered soup, alcoholic beverage, 1 entree, and a to-go-meal.....and later a dessert. Carolyn asked another server to bring my soup, and he was very nice and Olive Garden-like, but it took her over :30 to ask if I needed anything so I asked another waiter for another soup so he told her and she had an attitude bringing it...... :20 later she brought my entree, NO DRINK REFILL....... :25 later I flagged her down after she took the order behind me and asked for another soup...... :20 later she said there was another event going on and she'll have my soup right away, so I asked for the soup to go, an entree to-go-box, and I ordered a FREE dessert...... :15 later she brought my dessert and entree box and said she'd bring my soup...... :20 later she brought my soup (which I found out had no gnocchi in it, lol), but it had soup spilled all over it, so I asked for a napkin to clean it and she stormed away to grab a napkin and returned to roughly wipe my container, so I said "I can clean it, thanks". :5 later she returns with my check; I didn't even mention my initial to-go-order, but she charged me for the dessert; it took her :20 to realize only ONE dessert entry was voided. When someone helped her realized she made a mistake she didn't even acknowledge the mixup and just tossed the receipt on my table and left! I like Olive Garden so much that I'm not even upset about this event anymore; its even funny now that its been almost a week ago. But, CONSUMERS BEWARE OF THIS WAITRESS; she can make your visit a living hell if she is on duty, or just doesn't like you! Sorry Olive Garden, YOU'RE...
Read moreAverage experience overall. Went here for lunch during the week. Was greeted by the hostess and then taken to a table right around the wall. A server greeted us and took our drink order--tea and water. Drinks arrived and we requested appetizer. The waiter went to the other side of our table and fiddled with a tablet of sorts--then walked away. A few more minutes and the waiter delivered the appetizer and took our order. When the meals were delivered, I noticed the other had better presentation than mine. Then, several bites into my meal, the waiter came by with a plate and said, "I need to swap plates." Ok, so apparently a "lunch" menu item of the same was initially served and the second plate was the dinner menu item I had ordered. No difference in presentation. That's fine. So we finished eating and get a to-go box for half of my meal.
Up until now everything was fine. We weren't in a hurry, but did notice the waiter never brought a check. Then, I wonder if we were supposed to pay on that tablet thingy--the screen was always facing away. I spin the tablet around to look at the screen and there are several icons--none of which tell me anything like "Pay Here." There is a table number in the corner; so, maybe this is what we are expected to use. We did pay our bill using the tablet; but, had to chase down someone to load paper to complete the process and get a receipt.
So, why didn't the hostess explain to use the tablet? Or, the didn't the waiter/server after presenting the menus and bringing the drinks tell us to use the tablet?
With this tablet, why is a hostess or waiter needed? I mean, I can find an empty table and can place an order using the tablet if that is the process--just let us know.
I'm sure we will return...
