I gotta brag about Treasures, I don’t ever write reviews but I gotta brag about this place. I buy a lot of jewelry for myself and my daughter and I won’t go anywhere else after today. The first time I did business with them I was looking for a bracelet for my daughter, a friend had recommended them to me, I work long hours and on the other side of town and they stayed at least 30-45 minutes past close time to make sure I could take my time looking at their selection and never once rushed me. The whole time very friendly and polite. I ended up leaving with a bracelet and ordering another one to be custom made with engraving. They discounted tax on the second bracelet and told me it would be 7-10 days to get it here. They call me 3 days later and it’s there, stay late again to make sure I can pick it up and it’s beautiful and does not look rushed at all even though it’s a full week early. Fast forward about a month and i come back and buy my daughter some earrings. They’re beautiful but later I see they are slightly different sizes. By the time I noticed it has been about 5 days after the exchange policy on the receipt expires. I went to the store today and explained what was going on and everyone in the store dropped what they were doing to find some earrings to replace the ones I brought back, never even asked for the receipt, and I ended up picking one of the suggestions they offered me, which was a little different but beautiful. They recognized me from before and were very friendly the whole time and laughing and smiling with me, they’re really enjoyable to do business with. As they are boxing the earrings I can clearly see the tag on the new replacement earrings said more than what I paid for the last ones. Nobody even cared, everyone is laughing and smiling and telling me bring them back again if there’s any issues. This is a 5 star business and Google needs a 6 star option for places like this. Purchased two pieces of jewelry from this location. Both pieces of jewelry had malfunctions within a year! When attempted to repair both pieces. Necklace, need a clasp which cost $50. He wanted to charge me $135 for repair! The bracelet was shortened to fit my wrist, they “repaired” it to fit my wrist and the bracelet broke where they “shortened” it at and wanted to charge me over $85 to repair it. When I got it shortened it was $35! The gentleman charged an astronomical price for repair, over $200. Then he saw and heard my frustration with the price and then “gave” me a deal for $200 flat. I went online and made a few calls to a different jewelry repair shops. They are charging half the price and repair was quicker. This company seems like a money grab. I will most definitely consider going to another location from jewelry going forward. I do not recommend this place at all for repair.

UPDATE: I went to another JEWELRY store for repair for the two items above. Both pieces were fixed the same day and I paid less than $100 for the bracelet repair. They fixed my necklace for FREE! this just goes to show that the prices quoted to me by TREASURES are OVERPRICED! Treasures: quoted me 7 to 10 days for repair on both. Also, a lot of these reviews that are seemingly suggesting that this is a great business are BOTS(not real). I have had a mind opening experience with this business and WILL never suggest this business to anyone. Unless you wanna pay for overpriced items in addition to OVERPRICED...

For a long time I’ve always wanted gold chains. About 2 weeks ago I went in to only look a jewelry and originally had no intentions on purchasing. When I walked in the store a young lady who worked there greeted me and made me feel more like family rather than a customer. She asked me what kinda of look was I looking for which I was unsure of, and She took her time allowing me to try on several pieces and also pendants and letting me see how it looked. I was going for something that I could wear everyday as a hard working man but something still with a little zest that if the wife and I go out I still look fly. I went with two layered Cuban links with a Hamsa diamond pendant. We also discussed me getting a custom piece with my childrens name.
