Castrillo's Pizza of Inglewood — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I understand you have humans working there but the humans shouldn't have let that leave the kitchen. We can go back n forth but the reason I didn't post photos from the beginning is bc I was in a terrible place and was so disappointed in everything from that day/night I simply did not want to get up and take the photos. I will delete my review so the 4.5 million + views I have on all of my other reviews don't see this. I am sorry but that food shouldn't have never left your establishment.

Edit: If the owner likes to be rude on the reviews, then here are photos of the terrible food. What was I to do? Call, complain, yall remake the food and spit in it or do something nasty to it. No, thank you.

I have been ordering food from Castrillo's for many years when I lived in East Nashville for 8 years. It was always delicious. It's been maybe 2 years since I have gotten food from here. While taking care of a friend's home, I ordered a calzone and cinnamon sticks. Both were absolutely terrible. The calzone was overcooked, the sauce tasted gross and the cinnamon sticks was overcooked as well, it was hard to even get a bite of one stick and it was covered in so much cinnamon one could almost suffocate on it. We have been ordering from Castrillo's for 6 years. Over the last 2 months it has completely gone downhill. Every time we order a pizza it comes cold and isn't cooked all the way. Tonight, we ordered a pizza at 5:28 pm with an estimated delivery time of 1 hour. 1 hour and 45 minutes later we called to check on it and were given the excuse that the delivery driver has been having issues lately and that there have been many complaints. After stating that this has happened several times recently, the woman we spoke to said that our pizza hadn't even been picked up yet by the driver and that she would make sure to have it prepared and sent immediately. It is now 8:25 pm and we are still waiting. So dissapointed and really frustrated that somewhere we previously loved for great pizza and service is handling customer service so poorly now. They give terrible service to conservative customers. We eat pizza here all the time. We came in today and got the same pizza we always get. We got home and it didn't have artichokes on it like I paid for. Also, it had way too much red pepper and was too hot to eat. Like I said, we have had this pizza several times before, and it has never been too spicy. My husband took the pizza back and the girl at the register offered him a credit for another time. When the guy who we initially ordered the pizza from (long brown hair, glasses) then said he would only give him a credit for the topping. Since we had to return the whole pizza that seemed absurd. He then looked at my husbands pro America shirt, seemingly made some assumption about him, and said he wouldn't give him a credit, nor make him a new pizza but just give him a refund.
