My partner and I wanted cookout at midnight, which was right when I got off work. We were both tired and was met with a line of about 20 people holding up the drive thru. We decided to wait anyway, because this is called fast food for a reason, right? Well, it took about an hour just to put our order in as the line moved at a snail's pace. When we finally got our order, and my partner asked for his card back, he was met with a disgusted look because he didn't see the card that the cashier had put on the other side of our bag. It was a small mistake yet it was treated as though we just disgusted the cashier with the most insane thing on the planet. It was pure disrespect and not only did we get met with disrespect, when we got home the food was mediocre. They don't know how to blend their milkshakes properly, so all the ingredients they had used are at the bottom. I had to mix mine myself with a spoon to make it taste better, because all at the top was just the milkshake base and nothing else. No cheesecake pieces or cherries or cherry flavoring. Just ice cream. They also gave us a small amount of onion rings and cheese bites for the amount of money we paid for the entire meal, about five cheese bites and four onion rings. Like really? You couldn't have spared just a little more for the price we have to pay? I recommend going to the one in downtown if you can spare a drive there, because clearly this cookout doesn't know what they are doing nor do they have friendly employees there. I understand it was midnight and the employees were tired, I've worked food service before for long hours into the night. But I never disrespected anyone even if I was tired. Train your employees to do better before something gets you so many negative reviews you...
Read moreWent to the cookout today 7/8/18 around 2:10pm. Ordered food for me and my family. The cashier Akile ( who was in the front by himself) rang our order up but had a nasty attitude. He was rolling his eyes everytime I had a question about a burger. What really put the icing on the cake was I ordered an extra drink which would have made 3 cups he needed to put on the counter. Well he only put 2 cups on the counter. I said it should be 3. Be rolled his eyes, turned around got the cup and rolled his eyes putting it on the counter. I basically said we don't want the food, told my friend to get his Money back so we could go. A young Caucasian woman gave us cash back and she looked scared processing the refund. The whole crew was looking from the back As if they were shocked that I said I didn't want the food after the bad service. I do not do business when the customer service is terrible. If he does not want to work, he needs to go home. I already called corporate while in the parking lot. they are looking into this. Told them they can view surveillance if need be. If they are desperate for workers ( which they do have the hiring now sign out) they may need to put him in the back where no one can see his facial...
Read moreThe food is consistently decent, which is good. The service is concicstantly poor. Which is not. Came in Saturday afternoon 5/16 girl working counter stops to have a conversation with another employee in the middle of taking our order. Cant remember anything you JUST told her. We ordered a combo and another burger had to tell her again we want another burger. Ordered a shake waited waited. She never even put the order in for shake. I come ask where is my shake. What did you order she says. They were NOT busy. In that time she had only taken 1 other order. Plus her attitude was pretty much like why are you bothering me instead of how can I help you. Seems everytime we are ik n there they are hiring. Most of the people "working" there are sitting in the dining area on their phones. No one seems to take any pride in their work. Too bad. Good food COULD be a good place but if the people who work their don't care enough to TRY and do a good job I am not interested in helping to pay their wages by patronizing this...
