Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Wow, this Taco Bell is ridiculous. They are always out of something. Yesterday (6/9/19) my wife and I made the choice to give this place another chance the funny thing is that before we left we made a joke and said "what do you think they are out of today". So, we order through the drive thru and wala.....they didn't say that they were out of anything. We pull up. I give them my card and then we wait for about 8 minutes before receiving my card and my food. We get home so that we can Netflix and chill. I get my tacos and Nacho Bell Grande my wife gets her Mexican Pizza. When I open my tacos all I see is broken shells, meat and cheese. Well, they must have gave me the wrong tacos so I drive back to (Taco Hell) and I am told that my order is correct they are just out of lettuce. In my mind I am thinking "it's not correct if you are missing ingredients". Anyway, I ask for a refund. Now, let me make it clear I always order in the drive-thru and while on the inside I saw things. Cell phone use, no hats or visors. One girl dropped two bags of product....picked it up off the floor, opened it and poured it into a pan and proceeded to make orders. All of this was done without washing her hands and changing her gloves. That right there did it for me. I will never, ever, never, ever go there again. They will have to change everything in order for me to go there again which I doubt will happen because reading these other reviews lets me know that they don't read this and if they do....they don't care. I am a business owner and a former Restaurant General Manager and I read reviews and make changes for my guest. This is pitiful. Taco Bell!!!! Make some changes at 2904 Gallatin Pike or you will go out...

November, 2022: Any review above two stars must have the actual wrong location. Do not, I MEAN DO NOT, come to this location if you have any other options. I came once at 2 pm and the attendant came over the intercom, “We closed.” WHAT?? Seriously, wrong orders, cold food, no Baja blast, you name it. I will drive to Madison from now on.

Month Update: there are a few good ones working there, if you happen to get extremely lucky. I still drive the extra 6 min to Madison.

Update January 2023: I mean, this place is epically awful. I don’t even care if you hate your job, but to care so little for people who literally just want a little bit of joy in their day is so sad. Today I decided to give it a second shot, and so swung through, waited behind three cars, each of which took 10 minutes just to get through their order. I thought maybe it was the people ordering, but the time I got up to the front the lady said, can you hold please, so I also waited an additional 10 minutes. I was then told after waiting that apparently the truck that delivers the ground beef did not come in that day. When I say I was furious, I mean, just have even a little bit of courtesy to tell me when I pull up instead of putting me on hold to then tell me that I can’t even order anything on the menu. I pulled out and drove the eight minutes...

I park my car, go inside to order and there is not one paying customer inside. 4 employees standing around and a corporate dude sitting there not delegating nothing. 3 others working. Waited at the counter for a minute to be told by an employee not doing much of anything to order food myself on some nasty dirty germ infested kiosk. Pretty pathetic that you take the drive through orders for LAZY people who want to waste gas and too lazy to get out and order inside but can't take mine inside because I'm NOT lazy. The fact that there was a corporate manager in the building not even bothering to make sure customers are well taken care of tells me everything I need to know about NEVER returning. Piss poor customer service, nothing is personal and no one was even welcoming and friendly. Just another customer making their lives miserable. Fast food restaurants are ALL trash and ran and operated by trashy Managers and employees. And since I don't get PAID to place my order which is WHY people eat out to be SERVICED, id rather stay home and make better...
