Crow's Nest Restaurant — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We came to celebrate with friends for Sunday brunch. This was a terrible idea. Of all the delicious restaurants Nashville has to offer do not come here. Service was slow, it took maybe 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. Things really went downhill when the mimosa bucket came out. Every single glass was dirty- like lipstick on the rims dirty. I think they just rinsed the glasses and then used them. The waiter said “oh it just looks worse in the sunlight.” I get he had to say something but he should have just agreed and said he must have accidentally grabbed dirty dishes. Now we had to worry that the rest of the dishes would be equally disgusting. I just ended up asking for styrofoam cups. The champagne buckets come with 7 bottles of mini champagne which is a cute idea. But we had to worry about the cleanliness of that because every single one was open and one was half full making us think they just funnel in the champagne and reuse the mini bottles. The appetizer came out after half the people of our table got our food. There was about a 20 minute delay between the first plate served and last plate. There also seems to be some shady business with how they do tips- they charged gratuity, which is fine, but then when you get the receipt to sign the gratuity disappears. Three of us want to the upstairs bar i had to used the bathroom there was no soap in the mens bathroom i told the female bartender that there was no soap she ask one of the guys to put soap in the mens bathroom he was to lazy to put the soap inside the dispenser my friend ordered veggie burger with cheese and very little cheese on the sandwhich no mayo the pickles were small and my friend did open his sandwhich but the bartender refuse to look at the sandwhich and the music was to load for the few people that were in the upper bar i have worked in bars most of my life i know the more people come in the loader the music goes most of the upper bar was empty i just think your staff can do batter and nobody came to our table asking if everything was ok or if we need anything the bartender was to busy talk to one of the other staff there to come to our table there was staff sitting in the office not working just talking and smoking a E-cigarette they don't get paid for sitting around not helping customers over all the place was...

Our sever Ethan was very rude and unprofessional. He started off very nice bringing us waters to start. When coming back he never asked if we wanted a drink. Took our order and was mad bc he couldn’t hear us. Our appetizer didn’t come out till I food did and was cold. One of our party members got severed the wrong food and had to wait till he decided to come back around and the rest of us were almost done eating to get it replaced. Then wanted to act rude and try and correct her about the menu when we looked it up after he had said she was wrong and she was not she was correct. Only came to “check on us” when we waved him down.
