Sleep Number — Hotel in Nashville-Davidson

Do NOT buy this bed. I got the P6. No matter what setting I set the bed to even if both people set the mattress at the same setting it’s never the same setting. We both roll into the middle of the bed every Night, also known as the trench effect. They promised a 10 year warranty but that’s not true. You have to pay people to come out fo the company to in all reality never fix your bed. The mattress pad won’t stay on ever and neither will the sheets if you get an adjustable base. But that’s the least of your worries. My bed was comfortable for a year and then it flat wore out , trench effect started, the app that controls your sleep setting is never accurate. Worst 5K I have ever spent in my life. I want to light this piece of garbage on fire and leave it in their parking lot. I have been sleeping better on my couch. This is just a typical American, greedy company hawking garbage probably made in China. Seriously….don’t do it. Do not buy this mattress. Even my tiny 8 year old complains about how uncomfortable it is and what do they know about aches and pains? Apparently this mattress is such garbage it even hurts her. I hate everything about this bed. I’m sleeping 4 hours a night before I have to move to the couch. I hope sleep number files bankruptcy and dies a tragic capitalistic death. We have been fans of the other bed brand that rhymes with “hemper” for over 10 years. Recently we decided to look into other options as our sleep quality was lacking. First stop, Sleep Number in Green Hills. Let me start off by saying that our educational and shopping experience with Sly at Sleep Number was nothing short of spectacular! Sylvester is an absolute professional. He took the time to walk us through the entries process. From the sleep mapping technology, learning what our sleep number is and selecting a bed that truly fit us and our needs. We ultimately ended up selecting the i10, which is an amazing bed. I never really gave much thought to the technology, but once we were educated we realized that we had been missing out on so many details regarding our quality of sleep. I can’t say enough about Sly and his team. Not only were they awesome at the store, but their delivery team was fantastic as well. We spend such a large portion of our lives in bed, why not give your body & mind what it truly deserves and needs. I would recommend Sly and the team at Sleep Number Green Hills to any and everyone that is in the market for a new bed and much higher quality of sleep!...

Sarah at Sleep Number is a true gem. After discovering that the person originally helping us with our bed purchase had left the company - she didn’t hesitate to scoop us up and make sure we were well taken care of. Sarah is kind, so knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate her looking after us during delivery, sticking with us till we had internet to connect our bed and continuing to check in. I’d also like to mention Marco & Tino whom delivered and set up our bed. They were just the kindest, sweetest people. Now that we have been sleeping in our bed for about a week now - it’s been a dream. We are still figuring out settings and such but w h a t a difference this mattress has been.
