Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Comically horrible service. So bad I’m on here writing a review. We got the wrong order & tried to call to fix it and was on hold for an hour, they never answered.

We ordered two pizzas and cheese bites for delivery. It said it would take 45 minutes, it took two hours. They didn’t ring the doorbell or knock when they dropped it off. So it sat outside in 15 degree weather until we found it. ( we checked our online portal to see the status throughout the two hours )

The order was wrong. We ordered two pizzas and Parmesan bread bites. We got one pizza with pineapples and two pastas.

My partner and I both called and we were on hold for an hour, no one answered. We eventually drove to store, when we got there It did not look busy what so ever. My partner and I were both currently on hold while we pulled up to the store. They did not seem very sorry, they asked if we ate the food we got and said we could park and wait 35 minutes for our order to be made again. we got a refund.

I asked why I was on hold for an hour & no one ever got back to me and they said that “a lot of people call” Apparently they were closing at 9 when we got there but it says they close at 12 online? Just absolute horrible...

I drive about 45 minutes to and from work everyday, and then pick up my two boys from school and after care. Needless to say, I'm tired when I get home. So, tonight we ordered two pizzas from Dominos on Donelson Like. Not only were they fast to deliver, but the delivery guy was so kind and helpful with my 5 year old son who wanted to carry the pizza box inside. On the way in, my son dropped the pizza all over the garage steps. He was upset, but we cleaned it up and went inside. We had a half pizza left for the boys to share. My phone rings, but I ignore it the first two times. The third time when I pick up, the delivery guy is on the phone and says he saw what happened, and called his manager to have us another pizza made and delivered!! They were true to their word and another 15 minutes later, my boys had their pizza! The delivery guy who brought the second pizza was very kind as well. They went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of, and it truly meant so much to this busy mom, and two heartbroken boys with hearts set on pizza. I highly recommend this Dominos location. I posted a picture but I doubt it will be posted! My brother and I have ordered allot of pizza from here. ..allot of it has came as follows, burnt, miss topping (wrong toppings on wrong crusts), so horribly misshapen that to call it a pizza wouldn't be fair to the industry! Wrong topping count! !!! All the time! !!! Large one topping, 36 pepperoni not 20! Large 2 topping, 24 pepperoni, not 16, stop ripping people off, build the pizzas according to the build sheet! !!!

I have actually had, who I think was one of their women managers holler at me while I was trying return one of these many pizzas I speak of.

We have had to reorder our pizzas many many many times! !!

I talked to the manager on one of many, many occasions of crappy pizza from this location, and he made me feel as though I was trying to rip them off for free pizza, and this is after I tip his drivers 8-10 dollars per delivery. Do yourselves a favor, order from someone else, or join me here in your own folly!!
