Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

so much better than the dickerson road location.dickeraon road do itself a favor ams avoid it all tou will get is bad attitude amd unhelpful people.from the cashiers all the way up to the managers esp the managers.they close the money center whenever they want to as well as customer service these people just plain do not want to work.went in juat one of the many horrible exp.to the money center.asked the man sitting at the door hey so tou know where i can find someone to come to the money center there was noone there nor at customer service.he said no then a lil bad mouthed girl walked up.chomping on some gum like a horse chewing while talking.said look ya money centers closed .i had already been told thay customer service was suppose ro be helping the money center people at this time.she gone to lunch okay well u are working customer service we where told u can help us.no i cant do that and she wasnt behind the counter.ya have to come back in 30 mins after her lunch we were told after i asked.then i said do you not have a manager here.is thay not what part of a managers job is to relieve your emplyees yes we do but i dont know where shes at.okay so i go outside come back in 40 mins and ita rhe same girl behind the money center taking care of another customer when i get to the counter shes very inpatient tapping her fin ger nails .i said it just take a minute for my phone ro send the barcode from paypal.for you to scan well im supposed to be going on lunch but im trying to help you first.she kept on tapping huffing.till i finally just said ill go to another one go to lunch and drove all the way out of the way to nolensville road in amd out in 2 mins there.but the real issue is much deeper at this Walmart location.she had no problem with rhe woman in front of me.but im white.yes i said it hell ut needs to be said .i bet im not the only one who feels this way about dickerson road walmart there always rude never will help u half the time u ask a question they stand there like they dont hear me.so yea this one got a whole lot going on and i dont know why after living right down the road from it for 7 years i still go there first cuz its closest but i always end up having to go somewhere else their shelves ate never stocked and noones going to tbe back to check on anything.and their merchandise is always way lower on walmarts scale go to the one out west any other one than this they have way better stuff and emoyees.try one in murf wonderful shopping exp.the farther away you get from this location the better everything is...

So last night my friend ordered dominos through her mobile app. Minutes later we get a phone call that dominoes can't deliver. Ok. We can pick it up. No problem. Next thing, dominoes says they can't make our order. They tell us they can only make 1 medium pizza and that's it. Odd you only have enough dough for 1 medium pizza. Then we hear laughing in the background. We hung up. I then called the store to make the same order. I asked how many i could order. He replied "as many as you like". So i mentioned our order online and the phone call they just called us telling us there were no pizzas but 1 medium. The phone became silent, almost like i was hung up on or put on hold. They came back on finally and i asked for an explanation. They couldn't give me one. But did ask if i want to order still. No i don't want to order. You guys sound shady and would mess with my food if i ordered. You guys are a pizza joint. You make pizza for customers. This type of childish bull shouldn't be happening. The fact this store thought it was funny to lie and laugh in the background isn't cool. I shouldn't feel like my food will be messed with because of the store prank. I will never use this store again. You lost...

If I could give zero stars, I would.

This was an upsetting and disappointing visit to dominos. I ordered 2 pizzas today. When I finally tracked the delivery driver (who was randomly driving around my neighborhood), he seemed lost and confused. The pizzas he delivered was ice cold. I called the store where I spoke with a lady that promptly put me on hold several times, without telling me she was putting me on hold. When she was finally ready to talk, I told her about my situation. She processed a redo, reluctantly. When I was receiving the delivery order redo, the driver was rude. I was directing him to my home ( because he was entering the apartment building on the wrong side) when he started yell what your apartment number (several times). I answered the question, and he came to the door. Then he was expecting to get cash for my redo order. I told him it was a redo then he said so no money. I said it already taken care of its a redo order. He handed me the pizza. When I took the pizzas inside my home they were burnt and ice cold!

This whole ordeal today was awful and frustrating. I will not recommend this...
