I gave 1 star just because I had to. WORST SERVICE EVER! !!!!!!!!!! Tried to call in an order for carryout. Sat on permahold. Drove there after sitting on permahold thinking someone would answer before I was there. Nope. Still on the phone for a total of 18 minutes 43 seconds as I walked in the door. No phone ringing off the hook and everyone slammed busy. When asked if I placed an order, I showed the girl my phone and said I TRIED to but there was never an answer. I told her the phones weren't working. No apology. No reaction. She just said well it never rang, what did I want. Placed my order, which was put behind an order for 25 pizzas and maybe, just maybe, if someone HAD answered the phone I would have been before that order. Had to wait 43 minutes while all but 2 people actually were hustling, the lady making the pizzas and the guy boxing them. Just to see if a call would go through, I called while I was waiting because I noticed the phones DID ring. One ring each time. Just ONE then nothing. No one seemed the slightest bit concerned that NO phone calls were coming in on a Friday night between 7:30 and 8:15 The rest were just clowning around. When Steven, who took over boxing the pizzas, finally got mine done and it was handed to me, I said it was ridiculous that it took that long and that my brother was waiting for me to get back to him with the food. See, he's in a rehabilitation center because he was in a motorcycle accident that happened August 5th which has left him paralyzed. So while it was of NO concern to these people to provide good service (or even just be decent about the inconvenience and extremely long wait), it was a concern to me to do something nice for my brother. He wanted Domino's. I was going to get him what he wanted. Steven's only statement was that I wasn't the only person there. Actually, I was. My mistake to try to CALL I guess. Won't happen again. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! GET PIZZA FROM ANYWHERE...
Read moreI had a very sub-par experience at this location. The taste of Domino's Pizza is not in question here. Pizza is pizza if you ask me and Domino's is never a bad choice if you're hungry. The issue at this location was actually about service. I placed an online order at 6:11pm and arrived on site at 6:30pm for curbside contactless pick up. I checked in via text and was instructed to put my hazard lights on and wait in the parking lot. And wait I did... for nearly 1 hour, I waited for my pizza to be brought to my car. I eventually walked in and saw that my pizza had been prepared some time ago and was already getting cold. According to the manager, I wasn't parked in the correct parking space despite there being no indication certain parking spots would have yielded no results. I asked for a full refund on the pizza--which I received--and am grateful for. However, the attitude of this transaction was not apologetic in any way. I waited for 50 minutes and was made out to be a fool for something that I did not know. The taste and refund earned them a 2 out of 5 stars. It could have been better, but the professionalism for this transaction was abysmal and I won't be eating here again if this is how customers are going...
Read moreI placed my order on-line at or about 4:30 p.m. the process was simple and I received my order number, simple very simple. I was continuing my Sunday routine when I received a call back from Domino's Pizza, 3041 Dickerson Pike, Nashville. The store clerk informed me that his store would not deliver my order because they do not deliver in my area after 5 p.m. The clerk ask me if i would like to pick my order up, which defeats the process of home delivery. I informed him to cancel my order.
The manager contacted me shortly there after to explain the situation. His store has a book that tell the employees which apartments complex and neighborhoods the can not deliver. Based on our conversation, their store does not deliver to area that have a large Minority population. According to the manager a driver was robbed years ago, exactly when is unknown but the book tells them not to deliver. I ask the manager was this a form of discrimination but according to him...he did not know.
Shorty after our conversation he called me back to offer me free pizza because I posted one star on the on-line feedback. So discrimination is fine as long as I accept pizza...
