At 3:45pm on a Friday, I walked into an empty store. There was 1 kid sitting at table who looked like he was doing his homework? I went to the display counter and was very disappointed to find 2/3 of the Donut Bins Empty! The other bins had just 1 to 4 Donuts in each. After being all Alone for several minutes, I raised my voice and asked for "A Little Help?" Out of nowhere, in the back, came a kid and at same time the studying student hopped up and said "I'm coming?" I asked the boys if they had a Jelly Filled Donut anywhere, no such luck. One young man told me that when he arrives at 3pm, they are usually down to 1,2 or 0. Very little reassurance to me. Eventually I asked for 2 Chocolate Glazed but, once I was home, I found 3 totally different styled donuts?? The dough on those was chocolate and it had a white, sugary thin coating. My First Visit to DUNKIN DONUTS will most likely be my Last visit. DISAPPOINTED all...

After I had ordered, he asked me if that was it, as if I was supposed to spend a ton of money in there or something. Customer service representatives, including Cashiers, need to be fully trained and aware that they are not allowed to ask customers if "that's it" when they're making a purchase. It's completely up to the customer when they arrive and what they order. So, there shouldn't ever be a problem if a customer only wants one or two items.
