I had a previous negative experience here watching the manager and employees get into a verbal argument in front a full lobby of people waiting to order or waiting for their food. I thought maybe this was an isolated incident and today decided to give them one more chance....
After my visit today I would give ZERO stars but that isn't an option. This is the worst run store ever! I pulled into the drive thru about 11:15am. I waited about 5 minutes with no answer or acknowledgment that I was even there. Pulled to the drive thru window which was open. 1 person was in the front of the building ordering food. The manager, who was acknowledged as the manager during a previous visit, was working the front and came to the window. I asked if the drive thru was working he said it was broken. I said you might want to put up a sign since there was another car waiting. He said they were fine! He then took my order and as I sat waiting for my food several other cars pulled to the drive thru. The bell alerting there is a car at the drive thru ordering menu would sound and he would touch the headset to silence it. Wait...I thought it was broken..so if there is a bell alerting him someone was there. Why not stick your body outside of the drive thru windows and motion for cars to pull up?
The window stayed open the entire time I waited. I over heard a lady come in and speak to the manager. She had made arrangements yesterday with another employee at that store to have 26 pizzas ready for 11am for Gower School. The manager looked around, pushed a couple buttons on the computer then told her they weren't ready. By this time it was about 11:25am. The lady respectfully asked why they weren't ready. I personally didn't hear a response only saw a shoulder shrug as in I don't know. Those poor hungry kids! I sincerely hope those Gower students had their pizza lunch today!
I believe these are stores are franchised, however I will be reaching out to corporate. If the corporate office is ok with their name on a store like this being run like this then they don't deserve my money ever again. Well after this visit I have decided this will be my last visit here until management changes. I will happily pay more for less drama, better customer...
Read more1st of all I am not very happy with this place. Last night I went in there and waited 15 minutes for a Hawaiian Pizza and some cheese sticks. The girl at the register seemed very frustrated and there were people who were there for a long time waiting on their food.
So when I got home I had two slices of pizza and some of the cheese sticks. Hours later I was going from both ends to the bathroom. So I decided to call them this morning and when I called the person that answered the phone claimed to be the manager and couldn't say her name to where i understood it.
When I told the person I was on the phone with that i got food poisoning she said it was unlikely because the training they have had says food poisoning takes 24 hours to occur after consumption. I explained to her that my doctor said otherwise and she just said sorry and repeated the same thing over again.
I too saw some questionable things going on outside the restaurant with people that looked homeless. They seriously need help at this restaurant. I have sent a complaint online but it probably...

I got a mile down the road and forgot my soda so I go back. I didn’t wanna just take it and go so I waited u til she came up front. This woman proceeded to argue with me that I didn’t order the crazy bread combo meal and that that deal is only available online and acted as though I am an idiot for even suggesting that lmfao . I’ve ordered the same exact order for almost ten years and I always get what I asked for. She then had a very snotty attitude and when I asked well ok how much is the soda she said the price with the nastiest attitude ever and walked off speaking to another employee in Spanish as if I don’t understand.
