We got the house special lo mein, steamed dumplings, and barbeque boneless spare ribs. The lo mein was awesome. It tasted great and there was a generous portion. We ordered the spare ribs, but somehow they didn't make it onto our order. We weren't charged for them. The dumplings were good, and the quantity was double what most restaurants include for practically the same price. The drive through was an excellent touch. It was convenient, delightfully different, and fitting considering the covid situation. On the topic of service, somehow something happened to our order of barbeque boneless spare ribs, which was disappointing. Then we had a hard time communicating with the worker through the ordering system because we were trying to tell her we’d already ordered but it sounded like she didn’t understand and was asking us what we WANTED to order rather than what we had ordered over the phone so she could find our order. This issue is likely because of poor phrasing and misunderstanding, and the vigor she spoke with frightened us a little. Overall, while the customer service wasn't the greatest and at times a bit stressful and the forgotten food, the food was great. Which really is what matters in the end. We plan to be back whenever the...
Read moreThe only Chinese restaurant in the area and I've never had a problem before tonight. Order for me and my family my dad and sis wanted broccoli and noodles. Dad wanted beef, sis wanted chicken. I made sure to say that. I said beef broccoli lo mein AND chicken broccoli Lo mein. I guess there was a langue barrier because she said beef and chicken together. And I said, repeatedly, put that chicken and beef on separate plates. Someone else actually got on the speaker and I repeated the same thing and they said ok and gave me my total. When receiving my food I was only given 3 percent plates when it should've been 4. Sure enough the chicken and beef were on the same plate. I guess they have new people who don't understand English because I couldn't have made it any more clear and instead of just giving me my original order they wanted to charge me $8 because something was "left off" no y'all **ed up! I should've just got chicken and broccoli plate and it would've been fine. Again clear language barrier cuz i could barley understand what they were saying. I'm black. Not racist in the slightest, i just hate that no matter how clear I was talking they couldn't understand a...
