This location is straight up trash. Should literally fire the staff that worked tonight May 14th, at 8:30pm I order a large hand tossed bold pepperoni pizza with Cajun crust, side of ranch and a few packets of Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. I paid with my card and total was around $16 and some change they told me the order would take 45mins to an hour. Hour in a half later I call back and asked how much longer it was going to take and the manger Nick tells me that someone should have called back and told me that they couldn't deliver because apparently I'm out of their delivery zone. Nick didn't offer to fix it until I started losing my temper about the worst customer service in Nashville. I gave them my card number over the phone and everything and Nick decided to basically call me liar but then my question is who took my card number and what did they do with it because according to nick I never ordered a pizza although my call history would certainly oppose that train of thought. Being that I've been in the customer service industry well over a decade and I've never seen anything like this in my life. The last time I ordered a pizza from there I didn't get my pizza for well over 2 hours and I never complained one time I even gave a good tip and all but after this atrocious experience I will not be spending my money with Jets again and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. I would say I won't be dinning at that location but frankly I won't dine at any Jets location ever again. I understand you shouldn't let one bad apple ruin the pie but I have a bad taste in my mouth listerine can't wash out. Read moreThis is the NASTIEST place I have ever seen in my life. It would not surprise me if everyone who eats here got sick with food poisoning. But anywho, let's start from the beginning... My husband and I walk in. There are two junkies high out of their minds tweaking on the bench inside eating an entire box of pizza. The establishment just let them sit there and scare everyone. My husband and I placed an order for two pizzas. We waited around 30-45 minutes. I noticed everyone was getting their food but us... one of the men asked me what are we waiting on. When I told him our order, he sighed in despair (as if doing his job was too hard.) Apparently the cashier WHO WAS EATING BEHIND THE COUNTER did not put our ticket in... The man then proceeded to tell me he was just going to refund my money. He didn't even offer to make our food because it was closing time. He was so rude and only said "Sorry about that" in the most sarcastic way possible. Then, my money did not go back onto my card and I am just beyond upset and embarrassed I even stepped foot into this dump....
Read moreI would avoid this location if you want any of your information kept safely. They continue to hire people who have access to customer’s information and use it in malicious ways. I can not post customer’s information that has been used but please beware. Why would you hire someone that would affect a person in such a huge way? This is the second time any high school students have come to me about a situation like this. Not only was this employee on her phone during shift, you can not handle cash, food, and be on your phone. The staff as a whole are rude and to add to it, this is what you all do? People want to be able to order or work here without their information being stored by a person who is charged and has a restraining order.
