I have went to this location several times. The grounds never clean. However service is generally decent. This afternoon 12/10 @1140 a.m. I went to KFC for lunch. I order a 3 piece combo original the associate asked would I a thigh & leg be okay I said sure and breast. I received 2 thighs one leg. Never can I receive a chicken breast. After placing order I pull @ to drive thru window to pay for meal. The associate a black man @25 years old no name tag, KFC hat dreads with beads sides shaved low seems to have a problem because he was still talking as I began driving forward to drive thru. I apologized to him and he said "what do you want for your drink." I replied I really don't want a drink ." Well it comes with a drink" just water so he handed me my food, card and walked away for a min then opened the window holding the cup of water to ask why I didn't wait after placing order etc. By this time I am laughing/ smiling because I can't believe we are still having this conversation. Then he hands me the cup of water normally I am given a bottle water. And says I hope you have a better day and I am totally confused. Because my day is going great! I will not be going back to KFC for lunch or dinner..to be reprimanded at the drive...
Read moreI will never eat at this restaurant again- terrible customer service. John at the window today( black shirt on so I’m guessing management), was very unprofessional and rude. He truly did not care about the businesses growth. I tried to order additional food for my young child he said, “ didn’t you just order at the speaker!” He would not allow me to place an order of food for my child. I have contacted corporate. I am an area manager for GREAT CLIPS , I manage multiple salons in the Nashville /Antioch area. The first thing I would do if one of our guest ever reported negative customer service such as this that I received today, WOULD BE TO FIRE THE TEAM MEMBER. Businesses should take pride in the happiness of their customers. That’s the problem now, this a major reason why people are cooking at home. I understand it’s a shortage of employees going on now a days, but keep terrible employees is going to make your business flop!! Restaurants barley made it through the pandemic, business owners should be making sure they are taking great efforts to retain the guest that do still show up to purchase. Read moreI want to give this particular location negative 3 stars first I was told it would be a fifteen minute wait for a 3 piece white meat meal with mashedpoatoes ,corn, popcorn chicken and fries ok I'll cook my heels for a few minutes so I sit down and watch them complete orders for uber and door dash and the driver through in mere minutes thirty minutes later the young lady comes out to tell me it'll be another 16 minutes on the chicken as they just dropped the chicken now I'm getting hot but am still hungry and love the chicken another thirty minutes go by just like the first thirty and finally I get my order when I get to the car I peak in the bag and notice the fries are missing so in again I go and they scoop up the last of the fries that have been sitting there since we sometime before I got there an hour earlier anyway I get back to work and open my meal and it's missing the chicken.breast and guess who won't answer the phone they were to worried about ordering pizzas and watching online...
