White Bison Coffee — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

The girls are very sweet and friendly. And the little lunch sandwiches taste awesome.... but they never get my order right. Like ever. I even make sure to say "On ciabatta bread" or like or "No honey mustard" 2 or 3 times and it's still always wrong. And they are pretty slow so I don't have time to get it fixed. I work down the street and I eat here like 3 times a week. I just wish the would get my order correct, it would be 5 stars if the staff were trained but they seem clueless.

Terrible customer service at this location. We were in the drive thru and asked for a minute to decide what we wanted and then it took several minutes to get someone back to take our orders. And they sounded less than thrilled to be dealing with us.

Once we pulled up to the window and waited for about 5 mins before anyone even came to talk to us. And then waited another 10ish minutes for our coffees (we only ordered 4). The guy behind us left because he was tired of waiting for so long. If you're in a hurry and like upbeat, positive customer service then stay away...

Wishing 1 could leave 0 stars. This is my normal morning breakfast and coffee spot on my way to work. Not anymore. I say in the drivethru for 10 minutes to not even move. I went inside only to stand there for another 15 minutes. Sad to say I'm leaving without my latte or breakfast. Ever since the new "manager" Nichole stress the places service has gone down exponentially. Fire Nicole and bring back customer service...
