Waffle House — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

They definitely gave me food poisoning yesterday. The girl that was working had a scar above her eyebrow & had a man that was cooking. They paid more attention to the gossip and drama in their lives then attempting to give decent service. No professionalism. First she made me wait to place my order while my friend is waiting on hers standing in front of the to go window. I came back & she didn’t start because I didn’t pay yet. Ok cool. I’ll wait now. I pay, she puts the order in. We get the order, no cheese on my hash browns. I come back and say “no cheese on my hashbrowns” “You didnt pay for it” mind you I paid $19 for the all star special. This is 14.50 before tax. “I asked for it” She snatches the food and gets the cheese or whatever. I come back and she sarcastically says, “I hope whatever you’re going through gets better”. I said God Bless both of yall and left. Like huh??? I get home, no syrup, no GRITS. I put this on my own life I got food poising from eating this food. My stomach has been doing cartwheels for the last 12 hours and we know what comes with that...

I have been trying to call for an hour now, no answer and now the phone won't even connect. I spent $25 on 2 all star meals which seems overpriced considering I worked at the one in knoxville and 2 all star meals with a drink each aren't even that much. My food was ice cold, probably because even through we were there 10 minutes after ordering it, it took 30 minutes for someone to help us long enough to grab our food. My order was wrong, I said specifically no cheese since I have an allergy and my hash browns are covered in them. My waffle was supposed to have pecans which made it on there but only in one glob in one bite of the waffle. Both are eggs were overcooked and greasy, probably again for sitting out for over a half hour waiting on a staff member to help us. His toast was incorrect, asked for raisin toast instead of white. I could go on, the only thing that was even edible was the sausage which, you guessed it, also was cold tho. Don't waste your time here. Worst waffle house I have...

If I could give this zero stars I would.A server at this by the name of donte took my order of 2 egg and cheese biscuit only had 1 other table to take care of.20 minutes later my food was not done.I then told him to throw those in the trash cause I wated too long.He told me me and my wife will have to pay 4.04 for our 2 coffee that we took only 2 sips out of and he wants us to leave.I told him I was not paying cause of the poor service.He then jumped infront of me saying I am gonna pay and strted cussing me out and threatening to hit me.The cook for infront of him holding him back while he kept trying to fight me and telling me he don't give a f $@# if he lose his job.I'm too of that he was talking bad about me and my wife going to the bathroom when we first came in.I will never eat at waffle house nomore.This comes to show that they don't hire all nice people to keep the...
